Day in the life of our caregivers.
First and foremost, our caregivers are companions whose mission it is to enhance our clients' quality of life! They complete regular safety checks, prepare yummy, nutritious meals and help seniors get ready for their days and nights! We are a friend who plays games, runs errands, cleans up, and genuinely tries to make someone smile on every shift!
Our Personal Care caregivers go to the next level helping our seniors bathe, get dressed, brush their teeth and shave. They help Seniors stay safe with medication reminders and general mobility assistance. Some of our personal caregivers have certifications like CNA, HHA, or PCA, but they are not required, because we have an ongoing training program that helps all our care pros be ready for any situation he or she might face.
What do we require to be a CAREGiver:- A kind heart that genuinely loves helping people
- A reliable mindset that understands a senior cannot survive well if you don't show up
- Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours weekday/night hours per week and 32 weekend hours per month
- Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
- Ability to communicate in a friendly, congenial and respectful manner
- Complete a criminal background check, DMV check and pre-employment drug screen
- Possess a valid driver's license and valid auto insurance
- Must be at least 18 years old
We offer a variety of shifts with competitive pay rates ranging between $14-$18 per hour.
