Meet Our Team

Michelle Rogers, Owner
Michelle Rogers grew up in the Bay Area and has more than 35 years experience as a business and community leader. She had a successful 26-year career in marketing and sales within the technology sector. Michelle then acquired the South Peninsula Home Instead Senior Care franchise in 2007 , after deciding she wanted to be involved in providing services that would support people in the community. The franchise was originally founded in 1997.

Val Parker, Operations Manager
Val joins us with years of experience in managing day to day operations. You will enjoy chatting with Val as she has a great sense of humor and a laugh that will bring a smile to your face. Val enjoys spending time with her family, at the coast on her down time.

Kris Jocson, Bookkeeper/On-call Coordinator
Kris' previous experience in home care proved important in his current role as bookkeeper and on-call coordinator. He held similar roles for a home-care agency in New Jersey and also worked at a pediatrics office in that state. Kris earned a degree in business administration from the University of Santo Tomas, Philippines. When he's not working, Kris enjoys playing billiards and Xbox 360 games along with watching movies. Kris also cherishes seeing his wife and son in his native Philippines.

Debbie Webster, Care Manager
Debbie joined us as a Care Manager having retired from teaching preschool children. Debbie enjoys singing, music, wine tasting, gardening and helping others. She also loves spending time with her family.

Eulene Granadosin, Recruiter Extraordinaire
Eulene is responsible for hiring our CAREGivers. She joined our team after spending 20 years in the educational community. She is very focused and detailed oriented.

Suzy Zentner, Administrative / CAREGiver Engagement Program
Suzy assumed responsibility for administrative activities along with our CAREGiver engagement program. Suzy enjoys spending time with her family, along with traveling and visiting Disneyland.
