Amy started the business in 1987 as she saw a need in our local community to provide the aging population with a more personal option to age in place. She works hard to create an individualized plan of care for each and every client based on their needs and wants, ensuring that every senior is treated with the dignity and respect they deserve. By working hand in hand with her clients and their families while using the most up to date technology partnered with constant communication and personal touches no matter where a client calls home, Amy and her team ensure that the Home Instead motto, "To us, it's personal", is a living breathing way of doing business.

As Director of Sales and Marketing, Kris is dedicated to helping families find the right in-home care solutions for their loved ones. She thrives on building relationships with potential clients, getting to know their unique needs and values. With compassion and expertise, Kris guides families through the process, ensuring they feel supported each step of the way. Her commitment extends beyond the office through her involvement in the community and committees focused on serving older adults. When she's not connecting with clients, you can find Kris enjoying downtime with loved ones, crafting at home, traveling to new destinations - especially if it involves a sunny beach! Kris's passion for helping others shines through in everything she does.

Nikki, was born and raised in Southern California. In October 2018, she relocated to Knoxville and joined our team in March 2021. Nikki is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a certification as an Emergency Nurse, Nikki plays a crucial role in overseeing our scheduling and handling on-call duties. Outside of her professional responsibilities, she is known for her love of food, social nature, passion for travel, and adores her four fur babies. Her energetic and lovable personality brightens our office every day. We are fortunate to have her as part of our team.

Courtney brings a wealth of experience and compassion to our team. Originally from Elizabethton, TN, she now calls Louisville, TN home. Since joining Home Instead in August 2021, Courtney has become an invaluable team member. Her background as a caregiver gives her unique insight into the needs of our clients and employees alike. She excels at guiding new hires through the interview and orientation process, ensuring they feel prepared and supported for their important new roles. When not at work, Courtney enjoys quality time with her two cats, rescue pup, family and friends. We feel fortunate to have someone of Courtney's caliber supporting our organization's mission. Her dedication and care for others shines through in all that she does.

Sandra is a mother of three children and grandmother of one, family is my top priority, which led me back home to Clinton, Tennessee four years ago after spending most of my adult life in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Now settled back in my hometown, I've found great fulfillment in my role as a Client Care Coordinator at Home Instead. With a lifelong affinity for the elderly, My passion is providing our vulnerable seniors with the dignity and joy they deserve. I feel privileged to serve this noble population and help make their golden years the best they can be.

Jocelynn is new to Home Instead Knoxville. Although originally from California, She's called East Tennessee home for the past 21 years and has grown to love this community. When she's not supporting operations at Home Instead, you can find her spending time with her energetic 4-year-old son Santiago or working on her new baking business that she launched in early 2023. She graduated Cum Laude from South College with an associate degree in business administration, so she brings strong organizational and communication skills as well as a passion for delivering excellent customer service in her position. She is thrilled to be a part of the  Home Instead team and looks forward to contributing to the mission of providing compassionate care.
