Whether you're a client, family of a client, or a caregiver, odds are you have a "Jackie story". The one where she showed up to cover a shift for a caregiver. Or the one where she drove out of her way to check on you when you were feeling down. Or the one where she took in a client's dog so they could focus on healing. The list goes on and on!
You've heard us mention you need to have a special heart to be a caregiver, but the same rings true to work in most branches of healthcare. Nowhere is this more apparent than with Jackie. She puts in tireless hours to make sure all our clients have the best, most personalized care team all while also looking after our caregivers to make sure they feel loved and respected, and the whole time she has a beautiful smile on her face.
This week we celebrated Jackie, but truthfully she should be celebrated and praised every day for the incredible work she does. We love and appreciate you so much, and thank you for dedicating 15 years to Home Instead. We couldn't do it without you!!
