"I especially appreciate the in-house paid training program, and the flexibility that I receive from work schedule that meets your needs as well as the clients. The company uses a profiling system, set up to better match employees with clients based on training, knowledge, and compatible hobbies; that, in turn, helps to create an environment that is almost like family.
