Rob Costello 2023

Robert, President

Rob Costello is the President of the local Home Instead franchise that covers Palm Desert, Palm Springs and surrounding cities. His local office has proudly been providing excellent service to seniors since 1996.

Rob has the passion to help others and make a difference in the community, which has helped him develop a highly motivated staff and become one of the leading home care providers in the country. He believes it is important to give back to his community and participates in causes that are important to those needing support with their loved ones. The Home Instead Senior Care office and team help assist seniors with all of their home care needs, allowing them to remain independent in their own homes as long as possible. Home Instead's staff of excellent caregivers can also provide specialized help with Hospice, Memory diseases and individuals with various disabilities.

Our mission : "We are committed to providing the highest quality of care with integrity and compassion" Our Staff is made up of the most dedicated caregivers in the desert. Which are all State certified, insured and trained. We are extremely proud of our team at Home Instead Senior Care.

Renee - Office Manager / Billing

Renee, Office Manager / Billing

​Renee's primary responsibility as Office Manager is to ensure that our office staff exceeds the expectations of every client and family member with whom we work. She works closely with our office staff and CAREGivers to ensure that we provide quality services to our clients. She knows the Home Instead mission well. Along with maintaining the day-to-day office activities, Renee also shares responsibilities of meeting with prospective clients to answer their questions and address their needs. We are fortunate to have her as one of the leaders on our team.​​

Christina C. - Quality Assurance / Client Care

Christina C., Director of Coordinating Care

Christina is a native to our valley, and a devoted mother of two. She received her degree in medical administration back in 2010 and has been working in the healthcare field ever since. Christina's experience spans from working with physicians to branch manager of a home care agency. Having the desire to work one-on-one with seniors she left her medical administrative duties and set out on a more rewarding and fulfilling career working directly with seniors to eventually manage a large home care agency that was contracted with the riverside office on aging. and the Veterans Administration and In-Home supportive services and assisting over 300 clients locally. At Home Instead Christina is the Director of Coordinating Care. She utilizes hers skills for onboarding all new clients and providing care assessments to meet each individual's needs. Part of her responsibility is to coordinate with Home Health and Hospice to help facilitate any medical needs outside the scope of care we may provide. We are proud to have Christina on our team making an impact on our community!

Bryanna final

Bryanna, CMMA/Scheduling Coordinator

​Born in Redlands, CA , relocated to the Coachella Valley after college. Certified Medical Administrative Assistant with various experience within hospitals and out on the field for 8+ years. Bree has worked within a clinical scheduler position in hospice and home health to the current role as a scheduler within Home instead. She is passionate about her role and strives to provide the highest quality of care to our clients! Bree enjoys her role at Home Instead.

Gloria - Client Care / Scheduling

Gloria, Client Care Coordinator

​Gloria joined Home Instead in 2017 with over 5 years of caregiving, assisted living and med tech experience. Gloria dedicated the next several years to her clients and doing what she loved. Gloria's level of knowledge and skill drew our attention in the office when the Client Care Coordinator became available. She loves serving our clients and giving support to our CAREGivers when needed.

Beverly - Quality Assurance

Beverly, Quality Assurance

​Prior to Home Instead Senior Care, Beverly was a Senior Lead for a leading company's Outsourcing Department and was responsible for a team of 8, as well as oversee their work performance, quality and training of new employees. Beverly first came to Home Instead in 2008 as a lead caregiver to join her sister Regina, who was already on on board as one of the office staff. Beverly now helps lead our Quality Assurance Department which insures that all of our clients are receiving the best care possible.

Julieann 2022

Julieann, Caregiver Recruitment

Julieann came to home instead with previous home care agency operations experience and loves helping seniors and making a difference in our community. She is a great asset to us with all of her experience and knowledge. Currently Julieann provides support to several departments including HR.

Lilly 2022

Lilly M., HR/Recruitment

Lilly was raised in San Antonio, Texas and relocated to the Coachella Valley as a teenager. She is also a mother of 3 wonderful children and a husband. Lilly recently joined the Home Instead HR and recruitment team after working as a caregiver for over 10 years.  Her experience and passion for seniors is making a difference in our office and our community! 

Irish team

Irish,Quality Assurance Director/ Office Manager

Irish Joined our Home Instead team in early 2021 to lead the Quality Assurance program. Irish acquired his MD and practiced Medicine and Surgery from The Royal and Pontifical University of Santo Tomas, Manila Philippines.  He and his family immigrated to the United States over 20 years ago and now call the Coachella Valley home. 

Irish holds a passion and dedication in helping others and worked as an administrator with several Home Health and Hospice companies over the years.  He feels honored and privileged to be part of the Home Instead family. Irish is blessed and grateful to take care of our elderly community. He loves teaching, training and making sure that our caregivers are continuously providing the highest level of care with integrity, compassion and professionalism.  

Adrien 2023

Adrien, Scheduling

Adrien is our newest scheduler and a member of our Client Care team. She has over 10 years of experience in the medical field and most recently, a management background. Born and raised in the valley, she likes to spend her time off with her two four-legged kids! Adrien also volunteers in the community whenever she gets the chance. She came to Home Instead because of the team and the mission to help others.

Courtney Magsam 2023

Courtney, Scheduling

Born and raised in the Coachella Valley, Courtney has worked in the medical field, administration and caregiving for over 17 years.  In her spare time she enjoys time with her two children and family.

Since coming to Home Instead, her work ethic and passion for helping others has had a great impact at Home Instead.  Courtney is well loved by her team, clients and caregivers.
