Two Decades of Growing with Home Instead!

Renee came to Home Instead in 2003 as a receptionist, after spending many years in a fast paced medical billing environment. Renee has been a part of our growth at Home Instead from its infancy to where we are today, one of the leading home care agencies in the state. Renee has advanced many times in the company and today she heads up the billing and payroll department in our office. She's made a career of facilitating the excellent care that Home Instead provides to the seniors of our Coachella Valley communities! We are all grateful for Renee's loyalty to Home Instead!

A New Role to Share Her Positive Attitude and Caregiver Skills with Others!

Lilly began her caregiving career 10 years ago. She soon realized that helping others was her passion and caregiving was the best job she ever had. Everywhere she went her clients loved her and she began taking on more responsibility with her clients and the office staff. We soon asked Lilly to share her positive attitude and caregiving skills with other new caregivers in the field. Recently, Lilly moved to the HR Training and Retention role in our office where she is doing a wonderful job!

Beverly's Dedicated Commitment Earns Regular Advancement!

Beverly, came to Home Instead in 2008 to escape the frenzied world of lending and begin her career as a caregiver. In her lending career she was in charge of a team of eight people! Now she would now be devoting all of her time to providing care for seniors in our community. After several years of dedicated commitment to the Home Instead, Beverly was asked to join the Quality Assurance team in our Palm Desert office. Currently, Beverly works in billing and is in charge of Long Term Care (LTC) Insurance processing. Beverly has been a great asset to our team and we are so grateful to have her!

Gloria's Level of Knowledge and Skill Drew Our Attention!

Gloria joined Home Instead in 2017 with over 5 years of caregiving, assisted living and med tech experience. Gloria dedicated the next several years to her clients and doing what she loved. Gloria's level of knowledge and skill drew our attention in the office when the Client Care Coordinator position became available. Gloria loves serving our clients and giving support to our caregivers when needed. What an all-star! 🙂
