I take my current client to the North River YMCA for Peddling for Parkinsons classes and Rock Steady Boxing. I have found that the people battling Parkinsons have a variety of symptoms unique to them but put a smile on their faces during the class. I learned from a speech therapist to go on the internet and go to the Parkinson's Voice Project for daily vocal exercises to help my client with swallowing issues.
