Amy and Klay Huddleston
Annette Bowman, President
Annette is responsible for managing Service Coordinators, On-Call supervisors, client, and Care Professional schedules, as well as addressing any client concerns. After a successful 20-year career in retail management, she began searching for companies that aligned with her personal values and had a strong connection to the community. She found that with Home Instead. Annette and her husband, along with their two children, live in Hebron, Ohio.
Lea Ann Parsley, Home Care Consultant
As a registered nurse and retired firefighter, Lea Ann has spent her career in the service of others. At Home Instead, she continues that commitment as she assists prospective clients and their families in understanding the services Home Instead has to offer. She and her husband split their time between her hometown of Granville and his hometown of Calgary, Canada.
Ronna Paree, Director of First Impressions
Ronna has been with the company for over 20 years and as an experienced Home Instead Care Professional herself, knows the Home Instead mission well. When you call the office you will usually hear Ronna's cheerful voice greeting you. Ronna also completes Care Professional introductions and provides them with expert in home training as needed.
Ronna loves her job at Home Instead because it has made a difference in her life and hopes to continue making a difference in the lives of our Care Professionals and clients.
Jessica Sass, Client Care Coordinator
As a Client Care Coordinator, Jessica meets with potential clients and family members, does client and Care Professional introductions as well as frequent quality assurance visits with existing clients. Jessica’s goals are to ensure high quality care and client satisfaction at all times.
Jessica is from the Cleveland area and moved to Columbus after finishing grad school. She always knew she wanted to work with older adults and says Home Instead was the perfect find. She loves being able to work for a company that is so passionate and understanding of the needs of older adults and strives to keep them safe, and comfortable wherever they call home.
Shayla Reynolds, Training & Development Coordinator
When Shayla was 12 years old, her father was diagnosed with a terminal illness. Frequently in and out of hospitals, it inspired her to be compassionate and care for those in need. Over the years, Shayla has gained experience in caring for elderly adults with grace and love. With over 10 years of experience, it has become Shayla's passion to teach others how to become a special person to someone in need.
Shayla's goal as the Training and Development Coordinator is to make sure Care Professionals leave training with a high level of comfort and understanding of their role. Her door is always open for evolving education and training. Outside of work, Shayla is a mother to two and enjoys taking them to activities around town and trying new things.
Denise Fleming, Service Coordinator
Born and Raised in Ohio, Denise has always had a calling for the Healthcare field. In almost two decades of experience, her love for helping and supporting people has never changed. Denise has worked in many positions within a multitude of different settings and environments, but her passion to help and serve her community has continued to test the stand of time. This next and new part of her journey has taken her to Home Instead where she gets to work behind the scenes to ensure that clients always have the help and support they need. She enjoys working for a company that believes in supporting and uplifting the clients they serve.
Denise is a mother of one and is a proud University of Akron parent. In her spare time, she loves watching hallmark movies, spending time with family, and exploring new food and local cuisine.
Marilyn Madison, Recruitment & Care Professional Supervisor
Marilyn is from Johnstown Ohio and graduated from the Ohio University in 2020. Marilyn started her career in behavioral health working with kids and adults with autism. Later she found herself in recruiting and came to Home Instead to get the best of both worlds. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, painting, and most importantly spending time with her cats.
After Marilyn’s grandpa’s dementia diagnosis, she really wanted to get into a field that could best support him and her family during unsure times. She has always had a passion for helping underserved communities and wants to best support not only Home Instead’s clients but their care pros as well. She is very excited to join the Home Instead team!

Everyone I interacted with was extremely helpful, courteous, caring and provided in-home support that was necessary without being obtrusive.
