Client Care and Sales Coordinator

The Client Care and Sales Coordinator (CCSC) is expected to perform a variety of duties that relate to client care including sales meetings with potential clients and family members, client/Care Professional introductions and quality assurance visits. The effective CCSC uses a consultative sales approach to determine each individual client’s needs to provide solutions and create a tailored care plan. They continuously evaluate the plan through a series of ongoing communications and visits to ensure high-quality care, client satisfaction and retention, and identify and close opportunities to increase services. The CCSC is also responsible for marketing Home Instead services by building relationships with key referral providers in their assigned area to generate new and increasing numbers of referrals that lead to new clients.

Location, Pay and Benefits:

The CCSC is a full-time position will be compensated between $43,000 and $45,000 annually based on experience with generous bonus opportunities and will work primarily out of our Gahanna, OH office. The position will cover a service area that includes the northeastern half of Franklin County, north of Broad St. and east of Interstate 71, as well as the eastern half of Delaware County.
