Meet Our Team

I'm thrilled to introduce myself as someone with over fifteen years of experience serving in the senior care industry. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working in various management and sales roles for several great organizations.

What sets me apart is my unique journey within this field. My diverse background has given me an invaluable understanding of how each role within our office intertwines, allowing me to approach challenges with a holistic perspective.

My knack for building strong relationships and leveraging my extensive network has consistently propelled me towards success.  I have a genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of seniors.

Every day, I wake up excited about the opportunity to provide compassionate care and support to those who need it most. It's not just a job; To me it’s personal.

Originally from East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, Marlene obtained her bachelor's degree in psychology.  She spent many years working in the field of mental health in an array of environments such as shelters, residential facilities, detention centers and even in-home settings.  Marlene loves working for Home Instead because they truly care about their staff and the clients they care for.  She embraces the company’s mission to help enhance the quality of life for aging adults and she enjoys working as a team with people who genuinely care.

Originally from Louisville, Kentucky Stephanie attended the University of Kentucky and earned a BS in Health Administration and continued her education to earn her RN degree.  She went on to work in Cardiology, as a home health nurse for 20+ years, and in the home infusion world for 5 years until she found Home Instead!  Stephanie loves interacting with and caring for our seniors, hearing their life stories and sharing a laugh as it truly fills her heart.

Married for 22 years, she and her husband have 2 cats they adore.   Outside of work, she loves being outside in nature hiking, camping, boating or spending time on the water.  I am also quite handy and like to do home renovations, garden and cook new recipes.  Stephanie can be reached directly at stephanie.evans@homeinstead.com

Tiffney comes to us from way down “da” bayou in Pierre Part, Louisiana where she finished her schooling and earned her certification as a medical assistant.  She followed that career path working in family practice and the cancer center for over 30 years.  Tiffney found Home Instead through personal experience when her sister-in-law used Home Instead following her diagnosis with stage 4 lung cancer.  She said the care they received was simply “exceptional” and led Tiffney to apply with Home Instead after her passing to be a part of the team that makes such a difference in the lives of families struggling with care needs.

Outside of work, Tiffney is happily married with 4 children and 4 beautiful grandchildren.  Her favorite activities are camping, quilting and family time.  Tiffney can be reached directly at tiffney.crochet@homeinstead.com.

Jane has served as the Finance Manager for Home Instead Senior Care since 2010. With more than 20 years’ experience in the finance field, she enjoys utilizing her business knowledge to foster great relationships between families and the office team. Jane recognizes the importance of the service Home Instead provides to our clients and loves that every day we make a difference in people’s lives. Kelee has worked for Home Instead for more than 5 years, offers extensive knowledge of senior care in addition to her passion and caring for seniors and their families.  Her experience, enthusiasm and winning personality is perfect for connecting with the community and referral sources.  She is an expert in developing relationships to further promote the services offered by Home Instead.  Kelee was recently promoted to the Vice President of Sales & Marketing and provides marketing leadership and guidance to her team which helps lead us to success.  You may reach Kelee directly at kelee.king@homeinsteadla.net.
