At Home Instead, we are always on the hunt for unique local events that allow our neighbors to spread their wings and experience something truly special. This April, we’ve set our sights on a program at the South Shore YMCA Nature Center that is sure to be a wise choice for seniors and families.
On Friday, April 24th, from 10 to 11am, the South Shore YMCA Nature Center, 48 Jacobs Lane, will host the Eyes on Owls live show. It's an up-close encounter with six live owls native to New England. You’ll discover their remarkable adaptations, habitats, and behaviors in the wild. Plus, a free hooting lesson to practice your own owl calls! Then, pick up a signed book to remember your day with the owls!
Tickets & Registration:
- SSYMCA Members: $14 per person
- Non-members: $18 per person
- Children 2 and under: Free
- Books: Available for purchase ($20)
