CAREGiver Ambassadors

​​​Our team of CAREGiver Ambassadors are here to respond to urgent needs that may arise day or night.  There are a variety of situations in which our CAREGiver Ambassadors help us ensure the upmost quality of care and responsiveness.  On any given day a CAREGiver may experience an emergency and be unable to make it to their client's home.  In this case we deploy our CAREGiver Ambassador to arrive on time to ensure the client never goes without care.  In addition, they assist our CAREGivers with extra support in the home when a client has a particularly challenging day.  We are grateful for our CAREGiver Ambassadors and the vital role they play as members of our team.

I love what we do and I take seriously the trust that is bestowed upon us by each family that asks Home Instead to help."

Originally from Glasgow, Kentucky, Brad has a Bachelor’s Degree from Western Kentucky University.  Brad is also a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) and a licensed nursing home administrator in Kentucky and Florida. He purchased his first franchise in Bowling Green, Kentucky, in 2002, and has since purchased multiple Home Instead Senior Care franchises across Kentucky, Tennessee, and Alabama.

Home Instead Senior Care is personal to me because every senior in the community deserves to age in the place that they have called home until their final days. I chose Home Instead and continue to choose Home Instead because I can. I can choose to be a driving force in the aging process, and aging at home. I have watched complete strangers and friends sit in a nursing home and stare blankly out a window each day, wishing to go home, or leave. I am realistic that I cannot save everyone, but I can diligently chip away at spreading the mission and, more importantly, the love. I choose Home Instead because I genuinely want to positively enhance the lives of aging adults and their families. I choose Home Instead so that I can work side by side with admin who quickly became like family and share the same mission. I choose Home Instead to have the opportunity to be a difference maker, a leader, and a resource for people who don’t want to ask for help, but need it. I chose Home Instead because it is an ever-changing business that gives people opportunity…if you want it. Life is hard, sometimes work is hard, but the choice I made is easy."

Born and raised in Upstate New York, Juanita and her husband relocated to Bowling Green Kentucky in 2015. Soon after moving, Juanita began her career with Home Instead Senior Care as a Professional CAREGiver in Bowling Green, KY, determined to do something that she loved, something “worthwhile” and something to “make a difference”. She served as the Communications Engineer for the Bowling Green, KY, franchise before becoming the Human Resources Coordinator then quickly transitioning into the Director of Human Resources.

In 2017 Juanita began working with Clarksville and its surrounding areas as the Vice President of Operations, to help seniors in the community. In November of 2019, Juanita accepted the opportunity to run a second franchise in Goodlettsville to serve more seniors. As of 2020, Juanita moved to Gadsden, Alabama, to oversee all operations there. As Divisional Vice President she provides support to the Executive Directors of the Clarksville and Goodlettsville, TN, offices.

I’m proud to work for a company which serves those in our community and puts smiles on faces!"

Lauren was born and raised on the central coast of California. She attended Canisius College in Buffalo, New York, and pursued her master's degree at Western Kentucky University. Lauren joined Home Instead Senior Care as a Professional CAREGiver before transitioning into the Human Resources department as Communications Engineer.  Shortly thereafter she was promoted to Professional CAREGiver Development Specialist. Staying a member of the human resources department, she also served as our Human Resources Coordinator before being promoted to Director of Human Resources. In November 2018 Lauren transferred to the Goodlettsville office as Director of Human Resources and was promoted to Executive Director in January 2020. Lauren enjoys being a part of the office team and is grateful for the opportunities she has been given through Home Instead Senior Care.

​Jada started her career with Home Instead Senior Care as a professional CAREGiver in April 2018. Jada has lived in the Robertson County area for the last 16 years with her husband and two kids. While taking care of her grandmother, she realized how much she enjoyed spending time with seniors and helping them. In October 2018, Jada became the Client Care Coordinator for the Goodlettsville office, and then moved to Director of Client Care in October 2019.  She is looking forward to positively enhancing the lives of aging adults and their families.


Cassandra Fogarty, Director of Client Services

Cassandra Fogarty grew up in Southeastern Minnesota and began working with adults with special needs in 2010. Cassandra moved to Goodlettsville in the summer of 2018 and began working with Home Instead Senior Care as a Professional CAREGiver. She was promoted to Client Services Coordinator in October of 2018, ensuring that all clients’ scheduling needs are met. In March of 2019, Cassandra was promoted again, becoming the Director of Client Services. When Cassy was asked why she enjoyed Home Instead Senior Care, she replied “I truly enjoy meeting and getting to know all of our clients and Professional CAREGivers, while making a difference in our community.”  When she is not at work, she enjoys exploring Goodlettsville and surrounding areas, as well as trying new things.


Callie Lemmons, Director of Human Resources

Callie is a Tennessee native. She graduated with her bachelor's degree in marketing from Belmont University, where she received a full scholarship. She lives with her husband and daughter in Portland, Tennessee, where she enjoy gardening, cooking, volunteering, and play dates with her daughter.  Callie worked in the corporate sector before becoming a private caregiver in 2010. After being a caregiver and feeling blessed to be able to help others on a daily basis, Callie no longer had a passion for the corporate world.  Callie began her career with Home Instead Senior Care as a Professional CAREGiver and quickly feel in love with her role.  Though it was a hard decision for her, Callie transitioned into the office as Professional CAREGiver Development Specialist and On Call Supervisor in January 2020, and then to Director of Human Resources in June 2020.  Callie's goal is to empower all current Professional CAREGivers through ongoing training to ensure their continued success.  She looks forward to a long career with her new Home Instead Senior Care family.

​Carla is a lifelong Tennessean.  She grew up in Madison and now lives in Goodlettsville with her husband, daughter and granddaughter. Carla has been a caregiver most of her adult life, caring for her mother with dementia, and her granddaughter who was born 3 months premature. Carla worked for a local chiropractor for 25 years and transitioned to Home Instead Senior Care in September of 2018. Carla earned the title of Professional CAREGiver of the Year for 2019 and was promoted to Client Care Coordinator in June of 2020. Carla loves that she is making a difference in the lives of seniors in the community and is looking forward to continuing her journey with Home Instead Senior Care for many years.


Miranda Pierce, Professional CAREGiver Development Specialist

Miranda Pierce, Professional CAREGiver Development Specialist

​Miranda was born in Georgia, but moved to Nashville at an early age.  She has been in Middle Tennessee most of her life. She attended Welch College and there discovered her love of painting and cooking, which is what she spends most of her free time doing when she isn't writing. When Miranda was 21, her grandmother with MS took a turn for the worse and she moved in with her and her grandfather to become their full-time caregiver. When her grandmother passed away in November of 2019, Miranda returned to the restaurant industry, but soon realized she wanted to be doing something more fulfilling.  She found Home Instead Senior Care and fell in love with the company being a Professional Caregiver. She transitioned to the office in July 2020 as the Caregiver Development Specialist, where she trains all incoming Professional CAREGivers.  Miranda's goal with Home Instead Senior Care is to empower other Professional CAREgivers to provide the very best care they can to our seniors and help people find meaningful careers at Home Instead Senior Care.

"Home Instead Senior Care is personal to me because it allows me the opportunity to ensure others' happiness. Since 2004 I have been working with Home Instead clients and their families to coordinate, manage and facilitate the highest quality care possible, while maintaining the senior’s wishes to remain at home and as independent as possible. To work with clients and their families on such a personal level feels much more like a calling than a profession."

Amanda began her tenure with Home Instead Senior Care as a CAREGiver in 2004. She has served in various administrative roles helping clients and their families in multiple capacities becoming a true expert in senior care.  She transitioned to the Regional Team in 2017 as the Home Care Specialist, where she currently assist individuals inquiring about our care and payment options.    Amanda also enjoys time with her husband and two sons – whether is at sports, traveling to new places or just enjoying a relaxing weekend at home.  It is truly her pleasure to assist with families in finding a trusted provider and seeing them delighted with their Professional CAREGiver. 


Donna Smith, Regional Director of Finance

Donna Smith, Regional Director of Finance

​Donna joined the Home Instead Senior Care team in January 2008. She oversees the billing and payroll for all regional franchises. She works hard to ensure that every detail of our client’s invoices and our CAREGiver’s paychecks are correct. Donna counts it a joy to work for a company that is truly all about helping others. Donna is married and has two wonderful children. She enjoys cooking, serving at her church, and lazy days on the lake with her family.


Jennifer Callison, Regional Accounting Specialist

Jennifer Callison, Regional Accounting Specialist

Jennifer was born and raised in Campbellsville, Kentucky.  She joined Home Instead in 2009 after being a stay at home mom for 12 years.  She transitioned to our a​dministrative team where she was the Communications Engineer for 6 years. She has since transitioned to her current role of Regional Accounting Specialist where she is responsible Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, 401K and helping clients and their families with billing questions.​

Mary joined Home Instead Senior Care in August 2016 as our Regional Billing Specialist. She is responsible for the billing for our three franchise offices. Mary and her husband Ben have a wonderful daughter named Leah. She and her family have been caregivers to several of their own family members. Mary is excited to be a part of a business that truly serves others and helps them remain in their homes, providing a helping hand in their journey of life. She enjoys spending time with her family and going to church.​​

"Home Instead Senior Care is personal to me because we provide assistance to the most incredible individuals. I learn so much from the people I meet, they are truly the greatest generation. Being a family caregiver for several years prepared me to appreciate and enjoy the seniors in our community."

Jamie joined the Home Instead Senior Care family in March 2001 as a CAREGiver. Since October 2001 she has served in a variety of administrative roles.  She joined our Home Instead Senior Care team in October 2017 as  Regional Billing Specialist. She is proud to provide billing and payroll support to the five franchises.

Jacque Crimmins, Regional Billing/Payroll Specialist

Jacque is originally from Chicago, but spent many years moving around the country with the US Air Force.  She has lived in Kentucky for eight years and is enjoying calling it home.  She joins the Home Instead finance department as Regional Billing/Payroll Specialist to assist with billing and payroll needs for our five franchises. Jacque enjoys spending time being a mom, reading, hiking, spending time outdoors and being involved with her local church family.  She truly believes in the importance of the mission of serving your loved ones, and hopes to serve them well with grace.
