Home Instead Senior Care takes great pride in our community involvement. While our primary purpose is to care for seniors and assist them to stay in their home for as long as possible, we see our purpose as even greater. We have been an active member of the community since our opening in 2007.
The list of all of our various community activities is too long to list here, but we would like to highlight one of our major efforts:
The Walk to End Alzheimer's – Home Instead Senior Care has been a leader in bringing this Walk back to the Goodlettsville area. This event has raised tens of thousands of dollars for Alzheimer’s research and support programs for the Goodlettsville area.
Be a Santa to a Senior – This is our very own program that has been heavily supported by our community. This initiative has literally provided thousands of gifts to seniors who otherwise wouldn’t receive a gift during the holidays. The success of this program has been due to the support of many local businesses and the community at large.
Home Instead Senior Care loves seniors and it is our goal to be experts in senior care and many other issues that relate to seniors. When we get involved in the community, we always want our involvement to positively affect seniors. If you have a loved one who needs assistance in their home, please call Home Instead Senior Care. We are a company devoted to senior care and to our community at large.
Our office recently celebrated new ownership with 16 years of experience. On June 6, 2018, we enjoyed a ribbon cutting with the Goodlettsville Chamber of Commerce president Marilee Tice and her staff, Goodlettsville Mayor Jeff Duncan, community partners and Home Instead staff. We celebrated two clients and two CAREGivers that were our guests of honor. Thank you, Goodlettsville, for celebrating with us!
