Aaron is originally from Pennsylvania but spent over 30 years in Southwest Virginia. He and his wife, Abby, now call the North Valley of the Sun their home.
As a graduate of the University of Massachusetts with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, after a decade in the automotive aftermarket industry, Aaron was able to combine his education and interests in a position with a large, regional healthcare system in central Virginia. He lead a team supporting end user platforms, software, and security for opertaing rooms, critical care units, physician offices, nursing, and a vast array of other health care environments and the professionals who relied on them. Working to improve healthcare, including long term care services, through technology was a challenging and rewarding experience. Aaron enjoys working with clients and their care teams across the spectrum of health care to provide solutions and assist seniors with aging in place. He also seeks to improve the lives of CAREGivers as they care for our aging population in North Phoenix and the foothills.
Aaron and Abby enjoy the culture, climate (at least most of the year), and diversity of the North Valley. The beauty, people and personality of the foothills is unmatched.
Aaron and Abby enjoy the outdoors and exploring new venues, restaurants, and experiences, especially those that are a step or two off the main path.
Abby is orginially from the North Carolina coast. Her family soon came to call a metropolitan valley in the Blue Ridge mountains of Southwest Virginia their home. She spent a few years in other central and Southeastern states before she and her husband found their way to the North Valley foothills.
Abby has nearly a decade of experience and expertise in the banking industry, but a soft spot for seniors and a connection to Home Instead Senior Care led her and Aaron to find a way to serve seniors in the North Valley.
Cathy was born and raised in the Phoenix valley. She is the mother of two boys, a girl, and a grandmother to another two boys and a girl.
Cathy cared for her grandmother for a year after her grandmother fell and suffered a hip fracture. Through this and other family experience she discovered her desire to care for seniors. She began her career with Home Instead six years ago in Colorado. After a few years as a CAREGiver she took on the role of service coordinator/scheduler. Two years later she moved to the roles of Client Care Coordinator and Home Care Consultant. Another year and a half later, in July of 2017, she returned to Phoenix and continued her passion for helping seniors with Home Instead Senior Care in Cave Creek/North Valley. She continues to provide excellent care for our clients and keeps us involved with our community in the North Valley foothills.
"I am continually struck by the professionalism, high level of caring and exemplary caregivers that I have met from Home Instead. My mom couldn't live without them, and neither could I.
