Diane Moss - President

Diane Moss - President
Diane graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies, and later her MBA. She believes in Home Instead’s mission and works to serve her community by helping Philadelphia residents stay comfortably and safely in their own homes. Diane’s hobbies include CrossFit, weightlifting, dragon boating on the Schuylkill River, and reading, especially Lisa Scottoline books.

Philip Moss – Director of Community Outreach

Philip Moss – Director of Community Outreach

​Philip has over 15 years of experience building relationships in the Philadelphia area, including working with various nonprofits and the Main Line Chapter of the board of associates for the Fox Chase Cancer Center. Phil believes strongly in building community partnerships to enhance the lives of seniors in our community. Phil’s hobbies include spending time with his daughter, weightlifting, and fishing.


Diane Kramer – Consulting RN

Diane is a Registered Nurse with over 20 years’ experience. Diane’s nursing experience extends from emergency medicine to working with children and seniors in various settings. Diane has also cared for her own father in own home, so she understands the challenges of being a family caregiver. Diane consults on our specialized cases and provides recommendations for plans of care.​


Doria Reid – CAREGiver Administrator

Doria Reid – CAREGiver Administrator

​Doria joined our team in 2017, and brought her many years of executive assistant business experience to our office. Doria’s roles include CAREGiver recruiting, administrative support to Diane and Phil, and handling office communications by phone, email, and in-person. She helps us find and hire the best caregivers in the area! Doria lives locally with her husband and son, and looks forward to helping you and the senior in your life.
