A Victoria native, Stephanie Niles is president of the Home Instead Senior Care office that serves seniors in Matagorda, Victoria and Wharton counties as well as surrounding areas. Niles is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of care for all clients and providing a positive, rewarding and stimulating work environment for the company's CAREGivers. It is Stephanie's goal to make Home Instead Senior Care personal for everyone she serves – from the office, to the home, to the family – so that at the end of the day, the client can feel compassion and know that the CAREGiver is with them because they want to be, not because they have to be. Stephanie also owns her own bookkeeping and small business consulting firm. She also has owned and operated a fast food restaurant franchise in the Houston area for the past 4 years.In her spare time, Stephanie enjoys being active with her children, coaching and training CrossFit.
As company vice president, Chris Baughman ensures that the company and all of its representatives uphold integrity and quality while providing the best possible care for seniors.He looks forward to helping area families -- relieving the stress and anxiety they sometimes feel while caring for their aging loved ones.Chris has owned and operated two dry cleaning facilities in the Richmond, Texas area for more than 15 years. His passion for training and teaching led him to partner in a CrossFit training facility two years ago. Prior to these ventures Chris was a pharmacist who traveled the United States auditing hospital pharmacies and implementing action plans for improving operations.In 2010, Chris began a personal quest to climb the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa. This humbling, spiritual expedition has been the catalyst into his current professional training and leadership activities.
