Lisa, who has been with Home Instead Senior Care since December, 2016, loves talking and laughing with her clients, is an excellent CAREGiver, and is truly an asset to the Home Instead family. Lisa enjoys the beauty of nature, the company of her pets, and adores her niece! We appreciate your loyal service, Lisa, and we know your clients do too!
We will be celebrating Jack’s third year with Home Instead
Senior Care this September. He is an LPN and a valuable team member, enhancing
the lives of seniors in the Helena community. His incredibly broad skill set
allows him to offer a variety of services to meet the needs of clients. We also
have used Jack’s expertise to educate local seniors about blood pressure
health. Jack’s faith guides his work and his clients can rely on his consistent
care. Thank you, Jack!
Tammy just joined our Bozeman CAREGiver team in October,
2018, and we are so happy she did! She hit the ground running and hasn’t
stopped since the beginning. She is an amazing communicator, positive, upbeat,
reliable, and very sincere in her efforts. Her clients adore her and are very
grateful she is able to lend a helping hand. She has the heart of a true
CAREGiver and is a wonderful representation of Home Instead Senior Care. Thank
Cindy and Melinda are Home Instead treasures! Cindy came to us in April of 2018 and Melinda just after in June. They have shown true dedication and devotion to their clients and are willing to save the day at a moment's notice! These ladies are the true depiction pf "selfless CAREGivers". They are always will to lend a hand and put their client's needs above their own. It takes special people to provide the care and compassion these two strive to provide. Their clients are enjoying their smiling faces and look forward to their visits. Thank you, ladies, for your service and for going ABOVE and BEYOND in the Helena/Townsend area!

Aaron is loved by all he serves and is willing to jump in with both feet when a client is in need. His clients enjoy his company and great conversation. Aaron is known for his patience, calm presence, and loving kindness. Thank you for enhancing the lives of aging adults and their families!

TC is flexible, caring, compassionate, and has a heart of gold. Her clients all appreciate everything she does for them and find her a joy to have in their homes. Thank you, TC! Your are AMAZING!
Debra joined our Helena CAREGiver team in July, 2017 and we are so pleased she did! Debra is always upbeat, a pleasure to speak with, and is continually eager to go above and beyond for her clients. Debra's clients all lover her and appreciate all she does for them! She has the heart of a true CAREGiver and is a wonderful representation of HISC! Thank you, Debra!
Denise has been with Home Instead Senior Care since March of 2017. Denise is a compassionate CAREGiver and her clients think the world of her! Denise has had poetry and essays published, which shows her hard work and determination. This attitude also shows in her work with her Home Instead clients. We are so very fortunate to have such a positive and caring individual be a part of our Home Instead family. Thank you, Denise!
Debby is a Montana native and Bozeman has been her home town for 40 years. While growing up in eastern Montana, Debby was surrounded by lots of family and had grandparents living "just down the road". She was fortunate to be able to spend time with them as they aged and said that sparked her interest in the elderly.
When Debby and her husband became empty-nesters Debby became a part-time CAREGiver and has worked with Home Instead for 5 years. She also assisted the office with on-call phones. Debby finds the clients and their families so appreciative of any assistance she gives them and says each shift is a "one of a kind" where at the end she always feels satisfaction that she was able to make their day better. We truly appreciate Debby and her willingness to assist where needed. She has an amazing CAREGiver's heart that she shares with her clients and the office staff.
Maggie joined the Home Instead team just over a year ago and has since demonstrated an unparalleled work ethic, tremendous fortitude, and a caring heart that is loved by all the clients that she serves. While getting our check-in service off the ground at Hunters Pointe, she has managed the schedules of multiple clients of varying care-needs within the community. During this time she routinely filled last-minute shifts that in her absence, would have been left unfilled. Maggie demonstrates the finest characteristics of a CAREGiver and is a great blessing to Home Instead Senior!
Mike came to HISC by way of his neighbor, who is also an awesome current HISC CAREGiver. He joined HISC in January ‘18 and he has been wowing us ever since! Mike is originally from Philadelphia and also served as a corpsman in the United States Navy. Retiring from the military in 2000, Mike entered the professional civilian workforce, from which he retired again in 2017. Mike has many life experiences giving him the uncanny ability to relate to everyone he meets – making him a quick friend to all! What Mike intended to simply be a part time job, he admits feels more like a ministry. Thank you, Mike!
We are so happy that Ann joined our wonderful team of Bozeman CAREGivers in Oct ‘17. Ann came to us as an experienced CAREGiver, and has proven to be deeply committed and compassionate about her work. She admittedly always jumps to action when she knows there is an open shift to fill or there is someone in need of help. She’s an amazing team member at Home Instead Senior Care, repeatedly displaying the full understanding of “Big Picture” care. We are so appreciative of Ann!
Not only was Ann nominated as March’s CAREGiver of the Month, but she was also recently rewarded a $100 Referral Bonus for referring another amazingly successful CAREGiver to us last December. Thanks, Ann!
Jewel has been calling Home Instead Senior Care home since 2016. Jewel is a semi-retired nurse who has a passion for caring for people and supporting her community. Not only is she a beloved CAREGiver to her clients, she is also able to fulfill nursing duties for Home Instead, performing VA nursing assessments for the Bozeman and Livingston areas. Jewel always brings a smile to our faces with her positive attitude and quick wit! We are so fortunate to work with her! Thank you Jewel!
Originally from Chicago, Megan moved to Bozeman to study at MSU, and we are so glad she did! She is currently in her junior year, studying Community Health and Latin American Studies. This semester she is taking 21 credits, working a 2nd part time job, and still continues being an all-star for Home Instead! Megan has repeatedly helped us in last minute situations, often working with clients with high care needs. We appreciate her flexibility and caring heart. We are so proud to call her our CAREGiver of the Month!
