Debby is a Montana native and Bozeman has been her home town for 40 years. While growing up in eastern Montana, Debby was surrounded by lots of family and had grandparents living "just down the road". She was fortunate to be able to spend time with them as they aged and said that sparked her interest in the elderly.
When Debby and her husband became empty-nesters Debby became a part-time CAREGiver and has worked with Home Instead for 5 years. She also assisted the office with on-call phones. Debby finds the clients and their families so appreciative of any assistance she gives them and says each shift is a "one of a kind" where at the end she always feels satisfaction that she was able to make their day better. We truly appreciate Debby and her willingness to assist where needed. She has an amazing CAREGiver's heart that she shares with her clients and the office staff.
Maggie joined the Home Instead team just over a year ago and has since demonstrated an unparalleled work ethic, tremendous fortitude, and a caring heart that is loved by all the clients that she serves. While getting our check-in service off the ground at Hunters Pointe, she has managed the schedules of multiple clients of varying care-needs within the community. During this time she routinely filled last-minute shifts that in her absence, would have been left unfilled. Maggie demonstrates the finest characteristics of a CAREGiver and is a great blessing to Home Instead Senior!
Mike came to HISC by way of his neighbor, who is also an awesome current HISC CAREGiver. He joined HISC in January ‘18 and he has been wowing us ever since! Mike is originally from Philadelphia and also served as a corpsman in the United States Navy. Retiring from the military in 2000, Mike entered the professional civilian workforce, from which he retired again in 2017. Mike has many life experiences giving him the uncanny ability to relate to everyone he meets – making him a quick friend to all! What Mike intended to simply be a part time job, he admits feels more like a ministry. Thank you, Mike!
We are so happy that Ann joined our wonderful team of Bozeman CAREGivers in Oct ‘17. Ann came to us as an experienced CAREGiver, and has proven to be deeply committed and compassionate about her work. She admittedly always jumps to action when she knows there is an open shift to fill or there is someone in need of help. She’s an amazing team member at Home Instead Senior Care, repeatedly displaying the full understanding of “Big Picture” care. We are so appreciative of Ann!
Not only was Ann nominated as March’s CAREGiver of the Month, but she was also recently rewarded a $100 Referral Bonus for referring another amazingly successful CAREGiver to us last December. Thanks, Ann!
Jewel has been calling Home Instead Senior Care home since 2016. Jewel is a semi-retired nurse who has a passion for caring for people and supporting her community. Not only is she a beloved CAREGiver to her clients, she is also able to fulfill nursing duties for Home Instead, performing VA nursing assessments for the Bozeman and Livingston areas. Jewel always brings a smile to our faces with her positive attitude and quick wit! We are so fortunate to work with her! Thank you Jewel!
Originally from Chicago, Megan moved to Bozeman to study at MSU, and we are so glad she did! She is currently in her junior year, studying Community Health and Latin American Studies. This semester she is taking 21 credits, working a 2nd part time job, and still continues being an all-star for Home Instead! Megan has repeatedly helped us in last minute situations, often working with clients with high care needs. We appreciate her flexibility and caring heart. We are so proud to call her our CAREGiver of the Month!
