Starting her career at Home Instead Senior Care as a CAREGiver before transitioning to the role of CAREGiver Recruitment and Retention Coordinator, Kari knows what to look for in applicants. Kari's mission is to identify the best of the best among the countless applicants that cross her desk each day and ensure our team of CAREGivers is the most dedicated, highly trained and compassionate group of individuals possible. With a strong desire to make a difference in the lives of our clients, Kari asks herself one key question during each interview; "Would I want this person caring for my family?" If an applicant does not meet that critical threshold, they won't move on to the next phase in the hiring process. At Home Instead Senior Care, nothing less than the best will do for our clients as we view them all as members of the family.
Kim joined the Home Instead team as a Caregiver and quickly became a valued member of the office team as Services Coordinator. Because of her own experience as a family caregiver, Kim can relate to the families we serve on a very personal level, providing them with the peace of mind that their loved one will be well cared for.
As a Certified Cognitive Coah, Kim serves as a member of the Greater Dallas Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association's Speakers Bureau and Southern Region Walk to End Alzheimer's Planning Committee.
