Patricia Strickland - General Manager, Owner

​Prior to opening the Home Instead Senior Care office in Port St. Lucie, FL, Patricia was a professional CAREGiver for the Home Instead Senior Care office in Vero Beach, FL where she took care of seniors with Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, diabetes and other chronic illnesses. She is also an experienced CNA. Patricia meets with potential clients and explains our services to them. Patricia works closely with clients and their families to develop the best care plan to suit clients needs and situations. As a hands-on owner, Patricia is always available to talk to clients or family members and resolve any concerns. Patricia is determined to ensure that we exceed client's expectations!

Mike Strickland - Owner

​Mike manages marketing and finances for Home Instead Senior Care and as an owner, he's always available to help.  He remembers getting a call late one evening from a concerned family member calling from Hawaii who had been unable to get through to her father all day.  At 11pm, he was in his car on the way to the father's house when he got the call that she'd been able to get through.  "It's situations like this that make you realize the difference Home Instead Senior Care can make for families.  Our client's daughter was relieved to have someone locally to help and we were more than happy to provide that service."


Kimberly Lebel - Client Care Manager

Kimberly Lebel - Client Care Manager

​Kimberly works with all our CAREGiver applicants through the entire hiring process. She is responsible for background screening, fingerprinting, drug screenings and new employee orientations.  “As a previous Caregiver, I know it takes exceptional people who love and enjoy seniors to be good Caregivers. It is my goal to make Home Instead Senior Care stand out above the rest by hiring and training our Caregivers to give the highest quality service to our clients."

​Judy works hard to maintain the high quality of service our clients have come to expect from Home Instead Senior Care.  She visits clients regularly and communicates with their family members.  Judith says "Family members like to know that we are their eyes and ears and will let them know of any concerns."

​Yvette works to establish and maintain positive relationships with our partners and in the community we serve.  She develops and promotes community relations programs and events which demonstrate Home Instead Senior Care's commitment to our mission to provide compassionate care and inspiration to local seniors so they may live safely at home. 




Carol James - Staffing Coordinator

Carol James - Staffing Coordinator

​Carol James is our Staffing Coordinator.  Carol aims to have the best possible match between Client and Caregiver. Schedules can change whether it's a family visit, occasional sickness, a planned vacation or a last minute family emergency.  With Carol's many years in staffing and our team of exceptional Caregivers, she's able to ensure that we meet or exceed client's expectations and always have the best Caregiver's available.

​Sharon is usually the first person potential clients and CAREGivers speak to when contacting our office.  Her up beat and sunny personality shines through and she makes callers and new CAREGivers feel welcome and appreciated.
