Bill Carroll President

​Bill Carroll began to study the senior care industry a couple of years ​prior to his purchase of a Home Instead Senior Care Franchise. Recognizing the baby boomers are now becoming seniors, he reasoned the need for quality care would be a growth industry for many years to come. Bill chose Home Instead because of their strong history of support and success. Home Instead was founded as a result of the founder’s experience caring for their own grandmother. It became personal to them. It is that type of hands on personal involvement which appealed to Bill and helped in his decision to become a franchise owner. “To us it’s personal”, has become the motto for everyone at Home Instead Senior Care.​


Jessica Long

Jessica joined our HISC team in May 2018. She is our full time scheduling coordinator. Jessica ensures that clients have the appropriate match by building relationships between seniors and their CAREGivers. Jessica monitors caregivers and clients to assure that Home Instead Senior Care provides quality, compassionate and confident care to all we serve. Jessica works with clients and family's to assure they are getting the services they need. She does this by assessing our client's needs and providing them with the appropriate caregiver.  She comes to us with many years of experience. 

 



Mandy Brotzman - Recruiting and Engagement Coordinator

Mandy joined our HISC team in September 2018. ​She is our Recruitmant Engagement Coordinator. She comes to our team with lots of HR experience. She condutcs interviews and thorough trainings to all of our CAREGivers. She also matains all CAREGvier files, background checks, TB tests and drug tests. She also builds a strong relationship with all CAREGivers. 


Patti Shill - Home Care Consultant

​Patti joined our team in February 2019. 


Amanda Davidson -Scheduling Coordinator

Amanda is our Scheduling Coordinator. She works very closely with the caregivers, making sure they are with the right client.
