Bill Carroll began to study the senior care industry a couple of years prior to his purchase of a Home Instead Senior Care Franchise. Recognizing the baby boomers are now becoming seniors, he reasoned the need for quality care would be a growth industry for many years to come. Bill chose Home Instead because of their strong history of support and success. Home Instead was founded as a result of the founder’s experience caring for their own grandmother. It became personal to them. It is that type of hands on personal involvement which appealed to Bill and helped in his decision to become a franchise owner. “To us it’s personal”, has become the motto for everyone at Home Instead Senior Care.
Jessica joined our HISC team in May 2018. She is our full time office manager. Jessica comes to us with many years of experience.
Mandy joined our HISC team in September 2018. She is our Recruitmant Engagement Coordinator. She comes to our team with lots of HR experience. She condutcs interviews and thorough trainings to all of our CAREGivers. She also matains all CAREGvier files, background checks, TB tests and drug tests. She also builds a strong relationship with all CAREGivers.
Patti joined our team in February 2019.
Amanda is our Scheduling Coordinator. She works very closely with the caregivers, making sure they are with the right client.
