Lonny and Sue just recently celebrated their 7th year anniversary as Home Instead Owners!
Their vision began with seeing the need for providing seniors with quality home care that they could trust on every level. Their CAREGiversSM are handpicked with strict guidelines to provide an unsurpassed level of care to their clients.
Family is Lonny and Sue's top priority. Together they have three children, two dogs and a bunny.
Home Instead is an extension of their family and they welcome their clients and their families with open arms.
Kelly comes to us from a caregiving background. She is a recent graduate of Desales University with her bachelors in criminal Justice. She manages our clients and caregivers after office hours and weekends, ensuring client and caregiver satisfaction. She has plenty of things to keep her busy in her spare time, she has an animal rescue and is a volunteer fire fighter for Blue Valley Rescue Squad and East Bangor fire Company.
Kirsten handles our client’s care and comes to us with a diverse medical background. She is the proud mother of two. Through a Care Consultation, she determines each client’s individual needs in order to provide solutions, and creates a tailored plan of care to suit those needs. She personally introduces our clients to our CAREGiver, providing the personal touch that we at Home Instead live by. Kirsten ensures client satisfaction and makes any necessary adjustments to their care plans through her quality assurance visits.
Lisa comes to us with over twenty-years of hospital experience; working at Mount Sinai Medical Center, New York Downtown Hospital, The Brooklyn Hospital Center, and Lehigh Valley Hospital-Pocono. Who better to handle the recruitment of our CAREgivers? She also cares for her mother and understands how important it is to hire and develop competent CAREgivers. She manages our CAREgivers beginning at their recruitment, and through screening, hiring, and training. Lisa also engages our staff on many levels to continually educate and inspire them to ensure that our clients are receiving the highest quality service.
Amanda is our full time staffing coordinator in our home instead senior care office and ensures that clients have the appropriate match by building relationships and adequate care as needed. Amanda monitors caregivers and clients to assure that Home Instead Senior Care provides quality, compassionate and confident care to all that we serve. Works with clients and family’s to assure that they are getting the services that they need. She does this by assessing our client’s needs and providing them with the appropriate caregiver. She comes to us with many years of being a caregiver herself. Amanda is a mom of 4 and she enjoys spending time with her family and pets.
