We want you!

Training, support and flexible shifts provided.

No medical degree necessary. CNAs, HHAs welcome.

Must be willing to commit to availability with no availability changes during 90 day probationary period.

We are looking for FT and PT staff. Must be willing to work at least 1 weekend day or alternate every other weekend.

All new hires are W4 employees, Bonded and Insured.

Must live in or close to South Sarasota County. Pass level 2 Background Test, Fit for Duty Exam and Drug Screen.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Companionship and conversation

  • Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation

  • Medication and appointment reminders

  • Assistance with grooming and bathing

  • Assistance with toileting and incontinence issues

  • Alzheimer’s Care

    *No previous experience necessary - skills training provided by Home Instead Senior Care*

    Requirements to be a CAREGiver:

  • Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect

  • Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner

  • Complete a criminal background check, DMV check and drug screen

  • Possess a valid driver’s license and valid auto insurance
