Victor Boyd is our Human Resources
Coordinator/Marketing Liaison. He comes to us with over 15 years of experience
working in the medical field as a Medical Biller, Revenue Cycle Manager and
Departmental Supervisor to name a few. Born and raised in New Jersey, he moved
to the State of Florida at the age of 16 where he lived in Winter Park, FL
throughout High School. Victor has his Associate of Science degree in Marketing
from Johnson & Wales University in North Miami, FL; as well as both a
Bachelor’s in Music Business and Master’s in Entertainment Business from Full
Sail University in Winter Park, FL. He has enjoyed working in the fields of
Event Marketing, Business to Business Marketing, Show Production, Social Media
and Internet Marketing Manager. His compassion for patient care coupled with
his never-ending thirst to learn new things is sure to benefit the organization.
He is a married father of two children who is very involved in giving back to
his community and philanthropic works. Some of his hobbies include live music,
government policy and his undying love for the Philadelphia Eagles (Fly Eagles

Monet is our recruitment and retention coordinator, and plays a pivotal role in the research and development of new talent. A Marylander at heart, she brings 20 years of experience in communications which has helped her hone her people skills and the knack of finding the heart of a caregiver in every applicant. She received her Bachelor's of Science degree with emphasis in Public Relations and communication from Andrews University in Berrien Springs, MI. However, she didn't stay there too long. It was way too cold. She moved to Florida in 2004 with her husband to start a family. She was a stay at home mom for 3 children for 10 years. When the kids started school, she missed the joys of working with other adults so she started with Home Instead as a CAREgiver. She divides her time between being a member of our Core Team, and taking care of clients in the field which is her passion. She understands the joys and concerns that come with these amazing positions. On weekends you can find her watching football (GO Skins!), going to the beach and spending loads of time with her family.
Rhonda has been a caregiver for more than 20 years including Hospice experience. She splits her Home Instead duties between caring for clients and sharing her more than 10 years scheduling experience and records management skills. Rhonda relocated from Connecticut bringing her love of baking, wacky sense of humor, and husband Mike. When not wrangling her six children and nine grandchildren, and 2 lovable dogs that are bigger than her, Rhonda can be found riding her purple unicorn.
Shelli came to the company from relocating here from Virginia in 2012. She worked on Labor and Delivery for 4 years prior to moving down here. She started off as a CAREgiver for Homeinstead in 2013 and then in 2015 she got promoted to the office as the Scheduling Coordinator. Shelli brings lots of scheduling knowledge and caregiving knowledge to the company so she can relate to the caregivers and clients and understand what they are going though. Shelli is also a full-time mother to 3 awesome kids and 3 furry babies. When she isn't working you can find her at her pool or sitting on the beach with her family.
Patricia "Pat" Bucci, Administrative Coordinator, also serves as a home care consultant, and a member of the on-call team. Pat enjoys meeting with clients and explaining the many ways Home Instead can help seniors remain in their homes as they age. She moved to Florida from New Jersey with her husband of almost 40 years in 2012 after retiring from a 35-year career in education. Pat finished her career as a high school principal and loved working with students, their parents, and teachers. A caregiver at heart, Pat started working with Home instead Senior Care in Venice where she found her new career, caring for seniors and supporting the caregivers who care for them. Pat feels blessed to work with a team that provides superior care to the seniors Home Instead serves in our community. When not working with Home Instead, Pat is an active member of her church where she presently serves as the President of the Women's Club.
