Liza joined Home Instead Senior Care in October 2012. A native of New Jersey, she relocated with her husband Tim to the Auburn area where he grew up and has family. Liza's responsibilities include marketing, care consultations, quality assurance visits, and CAREGiver training, as well as providing workshops to the community. "When I meet with a prospective client, the wheels immediately begin turning. What kind of a caregiver are they looking for? Someone to motivate? Assist with household chores? Companionship? What do they need? What is going to enhance the quality of their life?"
The mother of three grown children, Liza worked as a Registered Nurse in hospitals, long term care facilities, and home care.
She is an active member of Holy Family Parish, Auburn Rotary Club, and serves on the RSVP (Retired Seniors Volunteer Program) advisory council. In her spare time, Liza enjoys gardening, knitting, and is an avid reader.
AnnMarie joined our Home Instead Senior Care Team in 2014. She comes to Home Instead with extensive experience, as she has worked as a medical assistant and an administrative assistant for over 20 years. AnnMarie's friendly greeting and easy demeanor will make you feel right at home whether you are calling or visiting our office. She takes care of all scheduling matters for the office, helps with client and caregiver concerns and shares with the other staff the day to day office matters. "I like being that that person who can help and make a difference in someone life. It's about being a team".
A native of Auburn, AnnMarie is a mother to a teenage daughter and several fur babies. Aside from her family, AnnMarie enjoys antiquing, traveling and cooking.
Melissa has 2 years of experience in the Home Instead office as Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator. She can provide support, advice and understanding to CAREGivers as she too started out as a CAREGiver with Home Instead. The transition from CAREGiver to office was expidited due to the recomendations from fellow office co-workers AnnMarie and Liza. Her work ethic and personality make her an excellent addition to the team.
Melissa is a native of the Fingerlakes area, she is married with 2 children and enjoys sports, reading and spending time with her family.
