Jessica joined Home Instead Senior Care in 2009 as the Community Service Representative and was recently the Director of Client Services.  In her role as General Manager, Jessica is responsible for directing and coordinating all activities for growth and development of the business and overseeing all functions performed by the office staff. 

Committed to enhancing the lives of seniors and their families in our community, Jessica also serves on the board of directors of the NEPA Aging Network Alliance.

​As our HR Specialist, Janet leads our recruitment and engagement efforts. Janet is responsible for the recruiting, hiring, and training of our caregiving workforce and implementing ongoing engagement strategies to ensure retention and satisfaction. Janet inspires, coaches and develops the caregiving workforce in our quest to provide the highest quality of care.

​Client Care Coordinator

In Rebecca's role as Client Care Coordinator, she ensures that our clients are pleased with the service we are providing.  She visits the clients and CAREGivers, and keeps in touch with involved family members, so all can work together to keep our clients happy and healthy.  Whiles performing these Quality Assurance (QA) visits, she makes sure CAREGivers are providing the highest quality of care and properly documenting log notes and other documentation in the Client Journals. Working with clients and their families, Rebecca reviews and reassesses the client care plans to make sure that all information is accurate and makes any necessary changes.


Linday Garcia, Service Coordinator

​As part of the scheduling team, Lindsay's responsibilities include managing client and CAREGiver schedules, ensuring the best relationship between clients and CAREGivers, and maintaining the highest quality service. She also keeps our CAREGivers up-to-date on any client care plan changes. If clients need to modify their schedules, Lindsay makes the appropriate changes and communicates the update to our administrative team and CAREGivers.
