Bob Vielee

Bob Vielee

President & Co-Owner

Bob Vielee, co-owner of the local Home Instead senior Care office, has had to face senior care issues within his own family. He and his wife and co-owner, Louise, have had the personal experience of caring for elderly parents living in another state. Together, they have had to work through the challenges of being a family care giver. It's the reason why they have chosen to serve seniors and their families right here in Northeastern Pennsylvania and the Greater Pocono Mountain Region.

Louise Lemieux Vielee, RN, BSN

Louise Lemieux Vielee, RN, BSN

Co-Owner & Supervising RN

As an RN, Louise assesses the cognitive and physical abilities of those seniors we serve. The assessment is used as the basis of the individualized Service Plan we develop for each new client.

For those clients utilizing Long Term Care insurance policies, Louise's oversight and direction of the care provided enables the Home Instead Senior Care office to coordinate benefits for you or your loved one required under the terms of most Long Term Care insurance.

Louise is also critical to our Quality Assurance Program as she visits and assesses the quality of the care provided. Our QA Program ensures that we visit with you or your loved one on an ongoing basis.
