CAREGiver Resource Specialist & CAREGiver Supervisior
Melissa is the supervisor of all Home Instead Senior Care CAREGivers. She helps to retain our wonderful pool individuals who are kind and caring by supporting them throughtout their CAREGiver experience. Melissa develops great relationships with our CAREGiver staff- both new hires and seasoned CAREGivers.
Human Resource Specialist
As the Human Resource Specialist, Lisa is responsible for the recruitment
and retention of our CAREGiver staff. She begins the process by scouting
the community for ideal candidates and Lisa adheres to our Home
Instead Senior Care standards to select the candidates that are best
qualified to be CAREGivers. Once hired, Lisa conducts orientation and
initial training sessions with each new class of CAREGivers.
Client Care Coordinator
In Rebecca's role as Client Care Coordinator, she ensures that our clients are pleased
with the service we are providing. She visits the clients and
CAREGivers, and keeps in touch with involved family members, so all can
work together to keep our clients happy and healthy. Whiles performing
these Quality Assurance (QA) visits, she makes sure CAREGivers are
providing the highest quality of care and properly documenting log notes
and other documentation in the Client Journals. Working with clients
and their families, Rebecca reviews and reassesses the client care plans
to make sure that all information is accurate and makes any necessary
As the staffing coordinator, Becky's responsibilities include managing client and CAREGiver schedules, ensuring the best relationship between clients and CAREGivers, and maintaining the highest quality service. She also keeps our CAREGivers up-to-date on any client care plan changes. If clients need to modify their schedules, Becky makes the appropriate changes and communicates the update to our administrative team and CAREGivers.
As the other half of the scheudling team, Dani's
responsibilities include managing client and CAREGiver schedules,
ensuring the best relationship between clients and CAREGivers, and
maintaining the highest quality service. Dani also keeps our CAREGivers
up-to-date on any client care plan changes. If clients need to modify
their schedules, she makes the appropriate changes and communicates
the update to our administrative team and CAREGivers.
