Rob is responsible for company financials, and oversees the daily support operations. Because our CAREGivers are employees, not independent contractors, we assume all the responsibilities of handling taxes, benefits, scheduling, insurance, and workers, compensation. Each employee is bonded, insured, completes a drug screening, fingerprinting, and a professional background check prior to employment.
Karin is Director of Client Care. Her responsibility is to ensure that we exceed our client's expectation. In addition, she handles our Quality Assurance program to ensure that every client gets the care and respect that they expect and deserve. She has volunteered as a board member for the Lorain County Office on Aging and is a member of the National Private Duty Association.
Karin holds a Bachelor's Degree in nursing from California State University, Sacramento, and has spent nearly 15 years in intensive care units. In addition, she is a Certified Dementia Practitioner. Karin's hobbies include quilting, sewing, and raising her two children, Austin and Emily. She is first generation Swedish and speaks Swedish fluently.
Marny is our community service representative. She is responsible for bringing the message and mission of Home Instead Senior Care into the community, working with local facilities, organizations and professionals throughout Lorain County. Marny provides education about senior issues, and makes sure that local professionals are always aware of the full scope of care and services available. Marny holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English from Bowling Green State University, Bowling Green Ohio.
Eileen started her relationship with Home Instead Senior care in May 2011 as the Scheduling Supervisor. Her passion for seniors and concern for their families is obvious to those she works with. Her attention to detail makes her a perfect fit for the Office Coordinator position that she now holds. She is responsible for client invoicing, accounts receivables, and helps out wherever needed.
Eileen and her husband, Ray have three beautiful children that they have raised in North Ridgeville for nearly 20 years.
Eva coordinates care for new clients, conducts quality assurance visits, and engages with the community by building awareness about Home Instead Senior® care.
Kelly is in charge of the recruiting, screening all potential CAREGivers, interviewing, background and reference checks, employment decisions, and provides new employee orientation. She values and promotes having an open and honest relationship with every CAREGiver that walks through our door. Having her STNA certification gives her the added advantage to help guide each CAREGiver to be a success.She enjoys spending time volunteering in the community, hiking and traveling with her husband Russ.
Janelle joined our team in 2015. As our Service Coordinator, Janelle strives to provide a high quality connection between our clients and our CAREGivers. She coordinates and maintains client/CAREGiver schedules with an emphasis on creating an extraordinary relationship.
Janelle is originally from Florida, and moved to Ohio in 1998. In her free time, she enjoys spending it with her husband Henry, four children, and two grandchildren.
As the Administrative Assistant, Kim is responsible for answering phones, greeting guests and assisting all departments with various projects.
Kim enjoys a busy life with her husband Larry, and their three children.
Alongside Janelle we staff clients schedules based on their needs and preferences. After establishing a schedule we coordinate with the Client Care Coordinator to find a that fits well with the client.
Amanda has lived in the area for over 10 years. In her free time, she enjoys time with her husband Jose' and two children.
Samantha ensures that the phones are answered during the weekend, and making sure our CAREGivers and Clients are taken care of when the office is closed.
Austin is our Quality Assurance Coordinator. He makes sure our clients expectation of Home Instead Senior Care have been exceeded.
Austin was born in Hawaii and when he was four months old, he moved to California, and now he has been in Ohio for 11 years. He loves spending time with his family, girlfriend, and his dog Sadie.
Our CAREGivers encourage, assist and stimulate our clients in a variety of daily activities that improve their quality of life and help them maintain their independence. They are the backbone of our company! Our staff is available 24/7 to support them. All of our CAREGivers share a common desire to make a difference in the life of a senior.
