Lan​ Berry opened Home Instead Senior Care in October 2007.  He previously owned two retail businesses.  Lan decided he no longer wanted to work in retail but he wanted to "Make a Difference."  That is when he discovered non-medical in-home care services.  Since that time he has employed over 500 employees and has helped countless seniors in the Wiregrass area.  Lan is a people person who truly enjoys music and spending time with his two children.

As Owner, Lan makes it his goal to ensure that clients and caregivers alike, feel like a valuable part of the company.  He wants everyone to feel like family.  His door is always open to discuss concerns, issues, or celebrations.  ​​He believes in setting rules and guidelines in place so that caregivers and clients get the most out of the service and keeps their safety in mind at all times. 


Rebecca Bruce, Office Manager and Bookkeeper

​Rebecca has been with Home Instead since January 2008. She lived in the Dothan area for over 18 years and now resides in Enterprise with her husband and daughter. She started as a CAREGiver and when the company began to grow, she was asked to help out part time in the office. She did so well that she was moved to the office full time as Scheduler. As the years have gone by, Rebecca has built close relationships with the CAREGivers, the Clients and the rest of our staff.

As our Office Manager and Bookkeeper. Rebecca is responsible for ensuring that all of our client's are billed correctly and all of our CAREGivers are paid correctly. She also helps keep the office running smoothly. 


Debbie Clifton, Client Care Coordinator

Debbie Clifton, Client Care Coordinator

Debbie joined Home Instead Senior Care in October 2012.  She was hired to work as our After Hours Scheduler but it was quickly noticed that she had a unique connection to our Clients.  She was moved to the Client Care Coordinator position and has thrived within the company ever since.  Debbie is happily married with two sons, two granddaughters and a grandson.  She worked in childcare and as a family caregiver before joining our company.  Debbie has a way with clients and families that help them feel comfortable and encourages them to communicate openly with her.  ​

​As Client Care Coordinator, Debbie is responsible for conducting in home care assessments, quality assurance visits, and handling client concerns.

Liz has been with Home Instead Senior Care since August 2013.  Liz has a background in marketing working in radio and television.  Since joining our company she has built on her previous skills to incorporate Home Instead Senior Care's slogan: To Us It's Personal.  Liz has one son and enjoys spending time at the beach when she is able.  

As the Community Service Representative, Liz is responsible for building relationships with our local hospitals, home health agencies, hospices companies and any other organization that works closely with the elderly.  She also provides community education and hosts many speaking events around the Wiregrass.


Jennifer T, After Hours Supervisor

Jennifer T, After Hours Supervisor

Jennifer  joined Home Instead Senior Care in Septmeber of 2010 as a CAREGiver.  She resides in Enterprise, Alanbama with her husband and children. She was promoted to After Hours Supervisor in 2016 and is doing a fantastic job.

As After Hours Supervisor, Jennifer is responsible for handling after hours calls from caregivers, clients, family members, and potential clients or caregivers.  She works to fill last minute shifts due to call outs and is available to help caregivers through a client crisis if needed.

Jessica C, CAREGiver Recruitment and Retention Coordinator

Jessica lives in Slocomb, Alabama with her husband and two children. She has lived in the Wiregrass area for many years. As CAREGiver Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator, Jessica hires and trains our new CAREGivers and makes sure that our current CAREGivers are happy and loving their job.

​Lindsey lives in the Ozark area with her husband and four children. She started with Home Instead in November 2018 as our Staff Coordinator. She is responsible for making sure that all of our Clients have the best CAREGivers with them whenever they are needed.
