The need for in-home senior care services doesn't always arise between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on a weekday. That's why our team stands ready to serve you any day of the week, at any hour of the day or night. Gianna Loftis, C.S.A. – Administrator

​Gianna has always had a passion for helping people. Part of this passion stemmed from caring for her father during his two-year battle with a rare form of pancreatic cancer. Gianna's father passed away in April of 2000 but the caregiving experience left a great impression on Gianna's heart.  It was during this time that she felt her bond with her father strengthen.  Gianna's father always told her to embody the characteristics of grace, compassion, and service, and it is with zeal that Gianna brings these qualities to Home Instead Senior Care of Denton and Wise Counties. Gianna stresses outstanding customer service, having the industry's best training and not having a CAREGiver do anything that she would not do herself. Gianna is the past President and current board member of the Texas HCAOA (Home Care Association of America) and is the former Secretary of ESP (Elder Service Providers of Denton County).  Gianna is also a Certified Senior Advisor.  Gianna and her husband Phil have three children: Zachary, Ethan, and Caroline.

​Mary is passionate about providing quality in home care to our Home Instead Senior Care clients.  Mary has over 18 years of professional experience as a registered nurse and over 7 years working in our office. Mary interviews, hires, and trains our CAREGivers in our fully equipped training room and is available for client and CAREGiver concerns and questions. She has the unique position of being able to delegate select tasks to CAREGivers that require RN delegation. Mary is also our instructor for our award-winning Alzheimer and Other Dementia training program for both our CAREGivers and the community.  


Pamela Johnson, MOA – Client Care Manager

Pamela Johnson, MOA – Client Care Manager

​Pam is a family caregiver to her aging parents. She has worked in the medical and customer service industries for several decades.  Pam was valedictorian of her Medical Office Assistant (MOA) class and conducts our Client Care Consultations and heads up our Quality Assurance program for our clients. Pam is well equipped and skilled to make recommendations as to how to keep you or your loved one living at home safely for as long as possible. If there is ever a concern about a CAREGiver, Pam wants to know and she will find a way in which to make the situation right.  Pam enjoys playing a pivotal role in helping to change the face of aging by maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. She believes in working hard to deliver the highest level of customer service.  Pam is up to the challenge to ensure that all Home Instead Senior Care families are delighted with their CAREGivers and come to develop loving relationships.

Rachel Derting – Home Care Consultant

​Rachel plays an integral role in her clients' lives by utilizing her years of experience from working with Home Instead Senior Care.  Rachel has worked as an intake specialist and is very excited to be the face of Home Instead.  Rachel has a true heart of a CAREGiver and understands that we are CAREGivers first and office employees second. Rachel can be found out and about in our community representing us at Health Fairs, speaking on Senior Related Issues or calling Bingo at a Senior Center.  Rachel is passionate about Seniors and finds her peace at home with her family or at church.


Amanda Wickett – Staffing Coordinator

Amanda Wickett – Staffing Coordinator

​Amanda has been a caregiver her entire life as she has a disabled family member. Amanda had been one of our most requested CAREGivers and serves our Staffing Coordinator.  She is passionate about insuring that all clients' needs are well matched with our CAREGivers.  Amanda is our primary on-call supervisor.
