Joe Wrin - Owner

Joe Wrin - Owner

​Joe Wrin is the owner of the Anderson and Muncie Home Instead Senior Care Franchise. He is a graduate of of Highland High School, Cincinnati Christian University and has completed graduate studies at the University of Notre Dame. Joe opened his franchise in 2007 to help a few local seniors. 10 years later, Home Instead has become the leader of Non-Medical homecare in the Muncie and Anderson area. He truly has a heart for caring, and does his very best to provide the highest quality care for his clients. Joe and his family are life long residents of Madison County.


Skip Vorhees - Office Manager

Skip Vorhees - Office Manager

Skip manages the day to day operations for both Anderson and Muncie. This includes overseeing the training program, assisting with hiring, scheduling, taking in person and phone inquiries and payroll. Skip, who has worked at Home Instead Senior Care for five years, also is responsible for service quality and ensures that company promises to clients and caregivers are being fulfilled. After high school, Skip enlisted in the US Air Force. Skip holds a degree from Ball State University. In his free time, Skip enjoys  reading, golfing, traveling, taking on home improvements projects, and playing poker.


Hannah Henderson - Home Care Consultant

Hannah Henderson - Home Care Consultant

Hannah's job is to market and promote the positive image of Home Instead. She is responsible for building relationships with physicians, hospitals, and other referral partners. She is a graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University with a Bachelors degree in Social Work and was recently accepted into the masters program at Indiana University. Hannah enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter and photography.

Steve Leach - Client Care Coordinator

Steve Leach - Client Care Coordinator

Steve is a life long Delaware County resident and 20 year military veteran who currently serves in the Air Force Reserves. Steve builds relationships with aging adults and their families as a Client Care Coordinator for Delaware, Madison and NW Henry County. Steve shares a deep passion for delivering valuable home care to your family. He holds a Bachelor's degree from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale.


Tracie Fincher - Director of Caregiver Experience

Tracie Fincher - Director of Caregiver Experience

Tracie launched her journey with Home Instead Senior Care in 2014. It began with on-call duties, soon adding the Staffing Coordinator title and finally settling into the Retention Coordinator’s position. Tracie enjoys working with the public, problem solving and taking care of the Caregivers. In her spare time, Tracie enjoys spending time with her family, is fond of outdoor activities and loves the times she spends with her pets.

Tawny Rumler - Client Accounts

Tawny Rumler - Client Accounts

Tawny has been working with seniors since the age of twelve. She attended Indiana University and has been with Home Instead Senior Care for three years handling client accounts. Tawny is a valuable member of the team and helps out in all areas of the operation. She is married with two children and enjoys reading and spending time outdoors with her family.


Sharon Rhoades - CAREgiver Recruitment Coordinator

Sharon Rhoades - CAREgiver Recruitment Coordinator

Sharon is originally from Wisconsin, but has lived in Indiana most of her life. Working as our CAREgiver Recruitment Coordinator comes naturally to her, as she has been working in Recruitment for much of her career. Sharon is married to her husband of 26 years. When not working, she enjoys photography and rescuing basset hounds. ​


Kiley Raines - Staffing Coordinator

Kiley Raines - Staffing Coordinator

Kiley is one of our Staffing Coordinators. She assesses the caregiver’s and client’s profiles and personality traits to assure a good match. Kiley aims to have the very best possible match between the client and caregiver. Schedules can change whether it's a family visit, occasional sickness, a planned vacation, or a last minute family emergency. Because Kiley is understanding, determined and patient, she is able to ensure that we meet or exceed the client's expectations and always provide the best caregiver experience possible.


Kathy Helm - Training Coordinator

Kathy Helm - Training Coordinator

​Kathy Helm was born on a farm in Michigan.  She has been married to her husband for 40 years. Kathy has been a foster parent and a Day Care Provider.  She has been a caregiver with Home Instead for 6 years and has also been named Caregiver of the Year.  Kathy's passion, caring and experience make her a perfect fit for Training Coordinator.  ​


Amanda Crabill - Staffing Coordinator

Amanda Crabill - Staffing Coordinator

​Amanda is a Staffing Coordinator. She worked as a caregiver for 8 years previous to joining Home Instead. Amanda currently attends Western Governor's University for her M.B.A in Healthcare Administration. She is married with two kids and enjoys spending time with her family on her mini farm or at the ballpark.


Ashley Cavanaugh - Receptionist

Ashley Cavanaugh - Receptionist

​Ashley is a recent addition to the team. As the Receptionist, she answers and routes phone calls, greets guests, and handles a variety of other administrative duties. Ashley was born in Muncie. Ashley’s friendly personality and upbeat attitude make her a natural people person. Ashley enjoys reading and spending time with her two children. We are lucky Ashley decided to start her business career with Home Instead. 


Regan Jones - On Call Coordinator

Regan is another after hours Scheduling Coordinator. She works with the caregivers and the clients, making sure all caregiver call offs get filled and client cancellations get communicated to the caregivers. Regan takes calls all hour of the day, night and on holidays. Regan is thorough, persistent and compassionate in her staffing.


Mary Jo McClure - On-Call coordinator

Mary Jo McClure - On-Call coordinator

Mary Jo joined Home Instead Senior Care as a caregiver in 2014 after Home Instead took care of her parents. Mary Jo wants to give back and work for a company where she can take pride in her work. Mary Jo has now moved over to the scheduling department as On-Call Staff. In her spare time she enjoys reading, cooking and gardening. Mary Jo’s Family is her pride and joy.​
