​Carrie took ownership of this Home Instead Franchise Nov 16th, 2013. Her background is mainly in child care and child care operations. She is very excited to be part of the Home Instead team and brings her own personal experience when helping her grand mother in her final years. Carrie lives in Lake Jackson with her husband and 2 children.


Michelle Williams, Human Resources Manager

Michelle Williams, Human Resources Manager

​Michelle Williams joined the Home Instead team in May of 2010. She has a strong background in Human Resources, Customer Service and Staffing.  As the HR Manager, Michelle's primary responsibilitiy is the recruitment, retention and training of our wonderful CAREGivers. She works hard to recruit mature, caring and compassionate CAREGivers.   "Each client is important and we value their satisfaction so we work very hard to hire CAREGivers who we would feel comfortable caring for one of our loved ones." says Michelle.  "Michelle is an integral part of our team and our CAREgivers love her," says Owner, Cara Delgado.


Juliana Burr, Staffing Coordinator

Juliana Burr, Staffing Coordinator

​Juliana was born and spent most of her life in Southern California before moving to Dickinson, TX in June 2010. Juliana has a strong background in customer service and scheduling, having worked for the Gap as a Customer Experience Manager for several years, as well as working several years in the medical field. As Staff Coordinator, Juliana is responsible for arranging clients’ and CAREgivers’ schedules, ensuring clients are matched with a compatible CAREgiver, as well as invoicing and payroll for the office. Juliana has been with the team since September 2011.


Regina Pena, Administrative Assistant

Regina Pena, Administrative Assistant

​Regina Pena is the newest member to our Home Instead Senior Care family. She is from a small town in south east New Mexico. Currently, she is a college student majoring in hospital administration. Regina has five years of customer service experience working for the city of Galveston as well as the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, TX. As our company’s administrative assistant/service inquiry specialist; she helps keep us organized and on track. With her bubbly personality she also helps ensure potential clients turn into actual clients.​
