Noel and Elaine Morris have been the proud owners of Home Instead Senior Care since 2014. They have 4 children and one grandchild. Noel was raised in the area and graduated from Flippin High School. He earned a bachelor degree from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville and a masters degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Elaine was raised in southern Missouri and graduated from Cabool High School. She earned an associates degree from the University of Phoenix. Noel was familiar with the services Home Instead provided through a friendship with the franchise's previous owner, and he saw a real need to serve seniors and their families in this area.
Noel and Elaine have experienced the challenges and needs of seniors within their own family. They understand the stress and uncertainties of trying to make the best decisions for loved ones. "The work of Home Instead is our personal ministry; making a difference in the lives of seniors and their families when they most need it," says Elaine. "By providing care and relieving some of the anxiety and stress of the family, they can focus on just being a family and enjoying their time together."
Noel and Elaine are active in the community, focusing their time on local non-profits that serve seniors. They also enjoy spending time with their family, enjoying the beautiful outdoors of the area, and rooting for the Razorbacks.

"I just want to take this moment to express our family's gratitude to Home Instead for their selfless care and positive energy. Our caregiver visits once a week to help with the bath. Then, she helps out with cleaning, organizing, walking the dog and whatever we need that particular week. She is always happy to see us.
Home Instead offers free monthly newsletters with tips and advice for caregivers of elderly loved ones.
