Happi works with clients and our care team to ensure highly accurate
statements that reflect provided services. She can answer questions and
provide any needed explanations regarding the billing process. Happi
loves to engage with clients and she frequently introduces them to new
CAREGivers as well as conduct quality assurance visits.
Karen is often the first voice you hear when calling the office. Her
devotion to our clients and CAREGivers sets her apart as she effectively
connects those calling or walking in with those who can best assist
them. Karen assists with all functions of both Home Instead offices.
Tabby came to Home Instead with years of experience in relationship
management, and she also brings a unique perspective as a family
caregiver. Tabby works closely with professionals in the communities we
serve. She builds relationships and partnerships with those
professionals to provide a more complete care team for seniors.
Betty coordinates all needs of our office in Harrison. She has a long
background in caring for others. Betty also assists the HR department
with CAREGiver hiring, training, and other important functions, allowing
her to provide exceptional support and show sincere appreciation to our
CAREGivers in this area.
