TEAM Environment- We hold Caregiver meetings, socials, and events. We understand the need to reach out to other co-workers for advise. We also want you to feel like you can call, and or email us with any questions or concerns. We want as much feed back from you as possible!
Client/Caregiver Matching- We want to place you with someone that you feel comfortable with and who is comfortable with you as well. This makes the job not feel so much like a job. You are making a huge difference in someone's life and you should get to feel the praise that comes along with that.
Health Insurance- After 12 months of employment with an average of 30 or more hours worked per week you will be eligible for health insurance.
401K- After 90 days of employment with an average of 30 or more hours worked per week you will be eligible to enroll in our 401K with a 6% match.
Weekly Pay- We pay every Friday.
Gas Money- When driving long distances to get to or from a Client's home receive a gas reimbursement to make the drive worth while.
Mileage Reimbursement - You'll get paid the Federal rate for any mileage you put on your vehicle while serving a Client.
Paid between shifts - Get paid for up to one hour between shifts when traveling from one Client's home to another.
Paid Training- We pay you for the training you already need and any continuing education classes you take.
Sick Leave- For every 40 hours worked you will earn 1 hour of paid time off to be used in the event you should need to call in sick for a shift. You can earn up to a maximum of 40 hours of sick leave at any given time.
Referral Rewards- Earn up to $150 for each non-certified and $300 for each certified friend you recommend to join our team, or an individual that becomes a Client of ours.
Competitive Wages- Time and a half for working a Holiday and .50 more for working weekends. A wage chart will be presented at the time an employment offer is made and is based on current Certification status and experience.
Shoes for Crews- We offer the ability to purchase saftey shoes at a discounted rate and you can pay for them over time with payroll deductions.
Special Discounts- 22% off of your monthly cell phone bill with Verizon or 23% with Sprint.
