Michael Bunnell, Franchise Owner

Michael Bunnell, Franchise Owner

The Home Instead Senior Care franchise office is located in Greenwood, IN and serves Johnson, Morgan and Shelby counties. Mike decided to open the Home Instead Senior Care franchise because of his desire to serve the senior population in a meaningful way and provide much needed services in Johnson, Shelby and Morgan Counties.

Mike is a proud Hoosier, and enjoyed a 35+ year career as an accomplished executive in the healthcare technology industry working for Fortune 100 companies such as Hewlett-packard Medical Products Group, Siemens Medical, and Respironics. After his succesful corporate career he established his own consulting practice focused on helping small to medium sized companies with strategic growth planning and product commercialization strategies. His career has included experiences with technologies and system products that crossed the complete care continuum; critical care through home care. His consulting engagements and experiences in the homecare and sleep medicine markets led him back to Indy and his HISC franchise acquisition.
 
Mike has three children ages 30, 28, and 24. He has been actively involved in all the communities he has lived in over the past 40+ year serving on various foundation boards, BSA committees, athletic organizations, and local church and school boards.

Sally Rossa, CAREGiver Recruitment and Engagement Manager

Sally brings recruitment and management experience to us from a variety of other fields including, and importantly so, the healthcare industry.  She lists as one of her proudest accomplishments the ability to listen.  She understands that listening is the key to solving most problems.  She has been a long time resident of Greenwood, with her husband, 2 grown children, and 2 young grandchildren.  Outside of work, you might find her at the park, walking.


Megan Gill, CAREGiver and Community Education

​Megan has been a CNA, focused on care for the elderly, for over 13 years.  Megan served as a CAREGiver for us for about 2 years then transitioned into facility based care before returning to Home Instead as our leader for our CAREGiver and Community-based Training and Education


Traci West, Service Coordinator

​Traci has been with Home Instead Senior Care for over ten years. She was originally hired as a CAREGiver and for a little more than four years she provided care to many of our clients with various levels of assistance and needs.   She then transitioned into our Recruitment and Retention Coordinator position for two years, and then transitioned into our Service Coordinator position. She enjoys the challenge that staffing can create, but knows that providing quality services to our clients is her primary responsibility.  

Traci was also a family caregiver to her grandfather and knows the challenges many of our client's families face. She enjoys spending quality time with her granddaughter. 


Rebekah Bower, Business Development Manager

Rebekh has been caring for seniors for the past 7 years, starting as a Caregiver then moving to Scheduling Coordinator, and then to Lead Scheduling Coordinator, then to Caregiver Manager, and now happily in her role as Business Development Manager for Home Instead Senior Care. "It is a true blessing to help seniors age in place. I go home at night knowing I was able to make a difference for at least one family.  When I am not working I am at home with my husband of 8 years and our wonderful son , and our three rambunctious dogs. ​


Kaye Kolacek, Administrative Assistant

​Kaye decided to join our team at Home Instead Senior Care as her encore career.  She retired from the banking industry and decided that retirement wasn't keeping her busy.  She originally joined us as a CAREGiver and has recently joined our administrative staff helping answer calls and assisting in the office. 

Kaye enjoys spending time with her family and helping others in her spare time.
