Tina is the Recruiting and Retention Manager and brings over 30 years of management experience, including Human Resources and Staffing to Home Instead Senior Care. Her team is responsible for recruiting and retaining CAREGivers, along with appreciation and incentive programs to encourage our CAREGivers to be their very best. This department maintains Home Instead Senior Care’s high standards in the screening and hiring of CAREGivers. The recruiting and retention team also coordinates the skills assessment and training programs, as well as performs orientations for our new hires to enhance their knowledge and skills enabling them to provide the best possible care for our clients. Tina is excited to be working with her new team members, CAREGivers and clients. In her free time, she especially enjoys spending time with her parents, daughter and 2 grandsons.
Sherry is the Financial Assistant and comes to Home Instead Senior Care with over 37 years of accounting experience. Sherry is always available and is a great resource to both Clients and CAREGivers for questions and concerns. The best part of Sherry’s day is interacting with the families and Caregiver’s of Home Instead Senior Care. She is detail oriented and efficient in accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll. Sherry and her sisters were family Caregivers for their mom before her passing. Sherry recognizes the importance of the services that Home Instead Senior Care provides for families, just like theirs. Like many families, Sherry, wished she had known of Home Instead Senior Care during their family crisis. Now Sherry enjoys “Sister Day” every Saturday with her two sisters to continue the bond that was created during this difficult time in their lives. Sherry also enjoys spending time with her daughters and grandchildren. Sherry is passionate about her family and that passion brought her here to Home Instead Senior Care.
Tracie is the Quality Care Coordinator at Home Instead
Senior Care. A graduate from Auburn
University of Montgomery with a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing. She has been a Registered Nurse for over 18
years with experience in oncology and hospice care. She came to Home Instead Senior Care with a
desire to serve seniors in the community and to utilize her nursing background.
Tracie is committed and passionate about making a positive difference in lives
of seniors in the community, by helping them remain in their homes with
non-medical support. She is the face of
Home Instead Senior Care to our clients.
Tracie performs home visits to check in on the well-being of our
clients, the efficiency of our Caregivers, and she ensures that all needs are
being met with the highest level of quality care. Along with the Quality Care Department,
Tracie guarantees that our clients are receiving the best matched Caregiver for
their needs and that all concerns and praise reports are communicated to the
office staff. The best part of Tracie’s
day is going into a client’s home and seeing a smile on their face and the
sincere passion of the Caregiver’s. In
her free time, Tracie and her family enjoy spending time together, going to
church and making memories at the beach.
Brittany joined the Home Instead Senior Care team in February 2016 as part-time on call staff. She transitioned to Client Care Coordinator in the Quality Care Department where she schedules care for all our valued clients. The goal of the Quality Care Department is to provide consistency in scheduling, maintain client satisfaction, and show compassion for the needs of our seniors through coordinating an individualized plan of care for each client. This dynamic team is also available twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week for clients, families and caregivers. Brittany enjoys working with families and has worked in the human services sector for six years. She has a strong desire to build long lasting relationships with clients and develop methods to assist them in all areas of life, with an impact to change the face of aging. Brittany is native of North Carolina, where she graduated from East Carolina University with a B.S. in Human Services. Alabama has been home to she and her husband for two years. In her spare time Brittany enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with family.
Rikki joined the Home Instead Senior Care Networking Team as a part time Community Relations Representative with the intense desire to assure that all seniors are able to receive the care that is needed for maintaining the quality and dignity of their life in their own home. She holds degrees in Sociology, Psychology and Biology, and will soon be certified in "Geriatric Care Management". Having worked in Home Health Care and pharmaceuticals, she is a valuable asset to the team, building relationships and being a resource for the community. Rikki brings experience and passion to our team, community and healthcare professionals. She understands the importance of providing an opportunity to help seniors stay as independent as possible, for as long as possible in a home setting where they thrive. Rikki truly understands, "To us, it's personal."
