Lisa Wolf, Recruitment & Retention Coordinator

Lisa Wolf, Recruitment & Retention Coordinator

Lisa is responsible for our CAREGiver Recruitment and Retention position as well as conducting orientation and training for all CAREGivers.   Lisa ensures that our high standards of care are met by conducting a thorough interview, reference check, and criminal background check on each CAREGiver.  She also provides the training needed to equip CAREGivers with the skills required to help our clients remain in their homes with the utmost dignity and independence. Lisa previously worked as a Foster Care and Adoption Specialist, providing case management services to her clients for four years, in Detroit.  Upon moving back to Grand Rapids, Lisa worked for a non profit agency which services individuals with developmental disabilities.   Lisa was responsible for hiring behavioral aides to go into homes to work with children with developmental disabilities.  She then moved into a Case Manager position with the same agency.  Lisa took some time off to stay home and raise her four children.  She is thrilled to be working at Home Instead Senior Care.

Jill Anthony, Scheduling Coordinator

Jill Anthony, Scheduling Coordinator

Jill is our scheduler.  She works hard to make sure our client’s needs are being met by matching them with a caregiver who is best suited in both training and temperament.  Jill’s view is that while assisting clients in maintaining their independence is our primary focus, our goal is to go beyond physical care and add to our client’s peace of mind and enjoyment of life.  Matching clients with the CAREgiver whose personality works best with the client’s is a big step towards reaching that goal.
