Welcome! Home Instead Senior Care—locally owned and operated since 2005--provides Alzheimer’s and dementia care and services (companionship, meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping, medication reminders, incidental transportation; and assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, incontinence care, and ambulation) to adults in Central New Hampshire.

Letter from the President

Our Home Instead Senior Care office in Manchester is part of a world-class organization of 1000+ offices that provide companionship, home helper, and personal care services around the globe. As part of the Home Instead corporate network, we reap tremendous benefits, such as access to information about the latest developments in Senior Care and technology, as well as tested ongoing training programs for our CAREGivers. I understand that to families here in New Hampshire, the most important issues are:

  • Will you send a qualified person, a CAREGiver who is well trained, personable, someone whom I can trust?
  • Can he or she take care of me or my loved one and handle emergencies if they arise?
  • Will he or she be there as promised?

I answer these questions with a resounding YES! You see, as our logo boldly states, “To us, it’s personal.” In my own family, I saw my mother suffer and eventually die from lung cancer and cared for my grandmother who suffered from Alzheimer’s for over 15 years until she passed and additionally, my father in law was a hemi-pelagic due to several strokes and lived in our home while receiving home care. Hence, my vision when founding Home Instead Senior Care in 2005 was to create an organization that was passionate and committed to consistently provide a friendly, responsive, reliable, and personal home care experience for our clients and their families.

Our goal at Home Instead Senior Care is to help make things easier for you and/or your loved one as you navigate this journey. Please feel free to call on us at any time if we can provide any senior-related resources to you. We want to help reduce any stress and ease your worry during this new transition.

I understand and appreciate how difficult it is to ask for help, to trust someone to come into your home or that of your loved one. I give you my word—should you decide to move forward with our service- we will do everything in our power to ensure your home care experience with us is personal and positive. We recognize choosing the right home care agency is a choice, a very personal choice. Hence, if we can answer any additional questions, please call our office at 603.668.6868. We want to help make this as easy as possible for you and/or your loved one.

With appreciation,

Lisa M. Byrne
