Through grants made possible by the Greater Pine Belt Community Foundation, Home Instead Senior Care partners with community helpers to build ramps for those in need.
Home Instead Senior Care presents "Teeing off in the Pink", the annual Golf Tournament held at Canebrake Golf Club in October. This year's tournament will be held on October 17th, 2015. All proceeds from the tournament go to the Pink Ribbon Fund, a not-for-profit 501C-3 dedicated to assisting breast cancer patients with funds for testing, medications, wigs, etc.
Be a Santa to a Senior is an annual program hosted by Home Instead Senior Cares across the nation. Community organizations give us a list of indigent seniors in the community who may not receive a gift or visitors for the holidays. We place those names on ornaments, like the one pictured above, with a list of needs, and individuals from the community will "adopt" those seniors and purchase the gifts. Those community organizations helps us wrap all the gifts that are then dispersed to the appropriate senior just in time for Christmas.
Home Instead offers free monthly newsletters with tips and advice for caregivers of elderly loved ones.
Each Home Instead Senior Care franchise is independently owned and operated.
