"Professional, Friendly & Helpful employees. Reasonable rates for companionship / light housekeeping / cooking / cleaning for client with dementia. I was surprised to find care coordinator would work a shift if there isn't a worker available. Also surprised when office let me know where my house key & some paperwork was left in my home after shift ended - communication is excellent! Minimum 3 hours of care, which is great, and can cancel up to 3 hours before shift starts unless cancellation is due to an emergency. Have had to adjust schedule a few times - no issues from company. Caregiver has been on time, easy to work with, caring towards my Mom, helpful with all I've asked for help."
