Sundae Dowdle, Client Care Manager

Sundae Dowdle, Client Care Manager
Sundae has filled many roles at Home Instead over the past 10 years with the focus always on providing excellent service to our families.. Sundae is the liason between our CAREGiver's and our Clients. She introduces our CAREGivers to their clients as well as periodically does quality assurance visits to ensure that the client's needs are being met and assist in finding solutions when needs arise. Sundae also has the pleasure of meeting with families to discuss care needs for their loved ones.

Sue Ashley and Angela Carroll, Registered Nurses

Sue and Angela oversee the training of our CAREGivers. Our nurses develop the Care Plan ​for our clients. They also conduct quarterly visits to ensure that the Care Plan is accurate and up to date. 


Jennifer McVickers, Home Care Specialist

Jennifer McVickers, Home Care Specialist

Jennifer has a great love for people. She started with HISC as a CNA. Through her experience in facilites and in the home, she mentors new hires and helps on-going training of CAREGivers to assist their clients. Jennifer also has the pleasure of introducing some of our CAREGivers to our clients and their families.

Melissa Montreuil, Part-Time HR Administator

Melissa Montreuil, Part-Time HR Administator Melissa helps with hiring new CAREGivers and keeps in touch with them while they work with our wonderful clients. She has a heart for seniors as she has cared for her own mother at home and has participated in Meal on Wheels​.

Sharee Coren, Part Time Staffing Coordinator/Weekend On Call Supervisor

Sharee Coren, Part Time Staffing Coordinator/Weekend On Call Supervisor

​Sharee helps in managing the day-to-day scheduling operations in our office part time on Monday and Friday. She also serves as our weekend on call supervisor. She works closely with our staffing coordinator to ensure the clients and CAREGivers are matched well. Sharee has a great love for seniors and has been a CAREGiver to family members as well as some of our clients.​

Lisa Hope - Account Manager

​Lisa handles our payroll and billing in the office. She brought with her 10+ years experience in account management.

Donna Barbee, Staffing Coordinator

Donna Barbee, Staffing Coordinator

Barbee has 7 years of staffing experience and 10 years of Senior Care experience with her own mother who lived to be 94 years old. She manages the communication between clients and CAREGivers by coordinating their care schedules. Her goal is to find a wonderful match to create a postive atmosphere and cultivate lasting relationships.

Lou Armstrong, Office Administrator

Lou Armstrong, Office Administrator

Lou is the first voice you hear when you call the office. She routes calls, assists with on-boarding of new hires, and ensures that everyone receives an excellent experience with HISC. She has plenty of history with senior care, and is currently in charge of her father-in-law's care.
