Michael possesses more than 20 years of business experience including over 12 years in Health Care Management. He holds a M.B.A. and a B.S. in Finance/ Pre-Law from Indiana University of PA. He and his mother, Patty, founded the local Home Instead Senior Care office in February 2005. Since then, the office has helped hundreds of seniors and positively impacted the lives of hundreds more. In 2012 the Lawrence and Mercer county office ranked among the top three throughout the entire network in the Home Instead's proprietary PEAQ program conducted in partnership with JD Powers and Associates. Mike is active in the community; currently serving as Vice President of the Ellwood City Area School Board; President of the Ellwood City Amateur Baseball Federation; and board member of the Ellwood City Area Family Center. Home Instead is a proud member of the Ellwood City and Greenville Area Chamber of Commerce. He is happily married to his wife, Sheila and is the proud father of his two children, Dia and Nicholas.
Lisa skillfully and pleasantly coordinates the staffing and all of the schedules for caregivers and clients. She also coordinates the PEAQ program, which measures our level of quality and client satisfaction in the community. She began her career in 2011 and remains a pleasant addition. She lives in Wampum and is happily married with three children. In her spare time, Lisa enjoys reading, spending time with her family, and supporting her children in their school activities and sporting events.
