In 1995, Rob graduated Cum Laude from Tennessee Technological University with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration. He also holds a CPA certificate of which he specialized in the health care field. Shelley, as well, received a Bachelors degree in Sociology from Tennessee Technological University and a Masters degree from Middle Tennessee State University. Shelley is a Certified Gerontologist. In September 2004, the Home Instead Senior Care franchise was established for the Upper Cumberland. Rob runs the day to day operations of the Crossville and Cookeville offices. In addition to Shelley's many duties, she facilitates the specialized training for Home Instead Senior Care's Alzheimer program and currently teaches Sociology, Aging Studies, and Race and Ethics at TTU.
Rob and Shelley believe it is a privilege to be a part of someone's life and play a role in assisting them in remaining independent. They want to insure successful aging and a quality of life for our aging Americans today and in the future.
Renee has been with Home Instead Senior Care since March of 2006. She was a CAREGiver for a year before taking an office position as Recruitment and Retention Coordinator. She was then promoted to Service Coordinator, Office Manager, General Manager, and now her role is Director of Operations for the Cookeville and Crossville offices. She was born and raised in Cookeville, but now resides in Baxter. She has four children. Renee is passionate about helping seniors maintain their independence. With Renee's promotion to Director of Operations, she oversees the operations of the Cookeville and Crossville offices. Some of her duties include managing the CAREGivers, arranging schedules, and ensuring compatiblity between the clients and their CAREGivers. All these duties help assure the families that their loved ones are being taken care of around the clock. When Renee thinks of Home Instead Senior Care, she thinks Caring, Compassionate, Loyal, and Trustworthy. Renee has a strong desire to give back to seniors as they have given to others all their lives. She loves that she is helping people to stay in their homes as long as possible.
Amanda resides in Cookeville with her husband and two sons, Corbin and Jack. Her Home Instead journey began in January 2011 as a CAREGiver. She was brought into the office as Administrative Assistant. Then worked her way up, filing roles as Recruitment and Retention Coordinator and Recruitment and Retention Manager. She is currently Operations Manager for both the Cookeville and Crossville offices.
Amanda currently helps to oversee operations in both office, as well as overseeing employee benefits and bonuses, and is still actively involved in our hiring process. She is excited and proud to help to provide excellent care to clients, and top quality employment to our CAREGivers.
Peggy lives in Crossville with her husband and her three sons. She is very active in her church and community. She has been a CNA since 2005, and has been with Home Instead Senior Care since 2008, starting as a CAREGiver; she was soon promoted to Recruitment and Retention Coordinator, then to Staffing Coordinator, and now she is Office Manager. Her duties include managing the CAREGivers, arranging schedules, managing all staff, and ensuring compatiblity between the clients and their CAREGivers.
Peggy enjoys working for Home Instead Senior Care because of the respect and compassion that the company has for seniors. She is devoted to searching out the most compassionate and dependable CAREGivers to care for the clients. Peggy has a goal to help everyone who comes through the doors at Home Instead Senior Care. This consists of providing extraordinary care for the clients and giving the clients the perfect CAREGiver. She also wants to provide an atmosphere where CAREGivers know they are deeply appreciated and welcomed.
Sara is a Cookeville native who has been with Home Instead since 2013. Sara, has a heart for missionary work and dedicates much of her time to serving others. Her passion for serving pours into all she does and is much of the reason she has been so successful. In true Home Instead fashion, she began her journey as a CAREGiver, however, her infectious personality quickly gained her a position as Recruitment and Retention Coordinator. She then moved to Service Coordinator where she flourished, but she found a true talent as Home Care Consultant.
Sara will be continuing her passion by serving our offices as Operations Supervisor. In this role she will be providing much needed support and mentorship to each department in both our Cookeville and Crossville locations. Her supervision will help to ensure that each office provides the best possible care to our seniors and our community.
Isabeau is a native of Cookeville. She is a mother to a baby boy named Wylder. She's currently working toward a Business Management degree at Tennessee Technological University. True to Home Instead form, she started as a CAREGiver. With her skills in building relationships and creative thinking, we knew she was ready for more. She has held the role of Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator, Service Coordinator, and recently moved into the role of Home Care Consultant.
There are many ways to provide the seniors of the Upper Cumberland with the quality care that they deserve. As Home Care Consultant, Isabeau spends her time developing relationships with our community partners and educating individuals on the impact that Home Instead Senior Care can have on the lives of our seniors.
Trish began her journey with Home Instead as a CAREGiver in July of 2014. That same year she was brought into the office as Administrative Assistant while she trained for a Recruitment and Retention Coordinator position, then moved into Quality Assurance as Client Care Coordinator. Her skills and talents have yet again allowed her to transition into another role. As Service Coordinator, she will be working directly with clients and CAREGivers to maintain their schedules, while also making sure that each match it appropriate based on skill sets, availabilty, and personality.
She is a Crossville native, and still lives here with her husband and son. Trish is excited and honored to be in this role and plans to use her experiences to assure that Home Instead continues to provide the highest quality of services.
Donna is a certified phlebotomist and mother of two with a passion for providing care to seniors in the Upper Cumberland. She began caregiving right out of High School and is very thankful for the knowledge and wisdom she has gained from those in her care. Home Instead Senior Care was her first job as a working mother in 2013, and it was a profession she was happy to get back into.
Donna moved from her CAREGiving role to On-Call Manager last year, and made an easy transition to Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator, and now to Client Care Coordinator. As Client Care Coordinator, she will be checking in with clients for quality assurance purposes and providing on-going training and development for our CAREGivers.
Galen began her journey with Home Instead May of 2016 as a CAREGiver. She has been a team player from day one. It was easy to see that Galen truly loved Home Instead and wanted to be the best CAREGiver she could be, so much that in August of 2016, Galen became one of our On-Call Coordinators. Galen continued to prove that she wanted to excel with Home Instead, so in June of 2017, she became our Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator. Galen's goal is to make sure our clients have the best CAREGivers available by recruiting and retaining caring, compassionate, and kind CAREGivers who have our clients' best interest at heart. She enjoys meeting new CAREGivers and getting to know them as individuals.
Galen is originally from Florida, but moved to Crossville in 2011. She is a mother of three who enjoys spending her time doing anything outdoors. One of her family's favorite activity is to go camping. We are excited to have Galen be a part of our team here at Home Instead. Her personality is what really shines as she is able to make a personal connection to each and every person that comes into our office which certainly makes her a key player in what we do.
