Representatives from Home Instead Senior Care Japan visited Brian Trainor's franchise in White Plains, New York, recently to learn more about his business and what makes him successful.  The Duskin companies’ Home Instead Senior Care Division in Japan currently has more than 100 franchises and is led by Go Fukushima, or Go-san.  Additional team members who participated in the visit included Tomohiko Funahashi, or Funahashi-san, who manages the branch stations in Japan; Takatsugu Ono, or Ono-san,  who supports franchise owners and managers; and Hiroko Yoshida, or Yoshida-san, translator for the Home Instead Division.

The Japanese visitors learned a great deal about Brian's business and enjoyed spending time with Brian and his team.  From New York, the group traveled to Nebraska where they participated in the annual International Summit at the Global Headquarters in Omaha.
