Karen Stephenson, President and Owner

Karen Stephenson, President and Owner

Karen Stephenson purchased the Home Instead Senior Care franchise in November of 2013.  She is very active in the office and oversees the leadership of the organization and ensures we provide the highest quality caregiving services. Her time is also spent meeting with new clients, developing community relationships and striving for excellence at every level of the organization.  She can be contacted for any questions regarding the quality of our services or if you know a senior in need of guidance and support.  Karen comes from a diverse background; she began as a Software Sales Executive and continued for over 16 years while receiving many achievement awards then became the owner of a Real Estate Development and Construction Company for over 10 years. She is now serving in her most rewarding role of CEO/Owner for Home Instead Senior Care.  Karen is passionate about exceeding expectations of clients and CAREGivers, and sets an example of leadership in her office and the industry.  ​


Bonnie Noe, Director of Client Services

Bonnie Noe, Director of Client Services

Bonnie Noe manages the Client Care Management department and serves as the CCM for a number of clients on the North and South side. Bonnie started her career with Home Instead 6 years ago in Marketing and can answer any questions about our services, scope of care and questions about aging at home.  Bonnie enjoys spending time with her kids, traveling and is an avid animal lover. Bonnie’s knowledge of the industry, work ethic and comic relief is an asset to our ever fast-paced and high energy office.


Jennifer Fincher, Director of Operations & Human Resources

Jennifer Fincher, Director of Operations & Human Resources

Jennifer Fincher manages the internal operations for the agency including HR, schedule, billing, payroll, training, and quality improvement. She also recruits, retains and supports compassionate & committed persons to become CAREGivers for HISC.  Jennifer obtained a Bachelor’s in Music Performance from Middle Tennessee State University.  She has been a caregiver/CNA for 10 years. She joined HISC as a CCM in June 2015.  She enjoys singing has recently begun learning to play cello.


Dionne Elam, Client Care Manager

Dionne Elam, Client Care Manager

Dionne Elam coordinates care needs for assigned clients and utilizes communication ​with family & medical staff to support the mission of HISC.  Her position develops and maintains client assessments, conducts QA visits and facilitates introductions between clients and caregivers. Dionne has been working in Social Work for 17 years.  She is a Certified Child Welfare Worker and also has experience in mental health.  Her favorite season is spring, she loves her pets, and also manages to find free time doing home improvement projects and DIY car repairs.  


Cristina Dabu, Scheduling Coordinator

Cristina Dabu, Scheduling Coordinator

Scheduling Coordinator, Cristina Dabu works with caregivers, clients and their family members to create schedule solutions that will suit their needs and exceed their expectations.  Cristina holds a CNA license and started with Home Instead in 2006. She has filled a number of roles over the years with Home Instead; including, CAREGiver, Care Coordinator and On Call Manager. Cristina is very excited to grow her career with Home Instead and be a part of our Operations team in the staffing capacity.  
 


Ryan Dosen, HR Coordinator & Community Relations

Ryan Dosen, HR Coordinator & Community Relations

Ryan Dosen assists the HR Director with Human Resource functions within the office. He also works as the office’s marketing and community relations specialist, resulting in more awareness of the Home Instead services in the community.  Ryan attended Indiana University.  Having previously interned at a local Chicago tech company, he has experience in both the sales and marketing fields.  In addition to having a passion for writing, Ryan is an avid sports fan who supports the Cubs, Bulls, Blackhawks and Oregon Ducks.   ​​


Anastazja Wozniak, Client Care Manager

Anastazja Wozniak, Client Care Manager

​Anastazja Wozniak coordinates care needs for assigned clients and utilizes communication ​with family & medical staff to support the mission of HISC.  Her position develops and maintains client assessments, conducts QA visits and facilitates introductions between clients and caregivers.​ Anastazja is studying Psychology and Criminology at NEIU and had previously worked for a health care facility since 2012.


Mihail Tsvetkov, Operations Coordinator

Mihail Tsvetkov, Operations Coordinator

Mihail Tsvetkov is the new addition to this dynamic team. He moved to the United States eight years ago and studied German literature at the University of Illinois at Chicago . As office coordinator Mihail handles most of the incoming calls and he holds a number of internal duties at the office. His hobbies and passions include languages, cars, large commercial planes and tall buildings. ​
