Amy graduated with a B.A. degree in Advertising & Public Relations from Penn State University and worked in the online industry for several years in Seattle. Originally from the Central Ohio area, Amy and her husband returned home in 2004 to be closer to their families.  
 
Amy realized that she wanted a career in servicing & helping others.  She opened our Home Instead Senior Care office in Granville in November of 2004 as its only employee.  Today her business employs more than 230 local residents.  Amy is truly dedicated to earning your trust by providing reliable, responsive service from dedicated and compassionate CAREGivers.  
 
Amy has been a member of the Rotary Club of Granville for over 12 years. Amy has received The Compassionate Care Partner Award from Hospice of Central Ohio. She strives to live with a servant's heart. 

Ann Anderson, Office Manager

Ann Anderson, Office Manager

Ann enjoys her role as Administrative Assistant because it varies from day to day. From invoicing to accounts receivables, to writing welcome letters to new clients, to taking calls from CAREGivers; every day is different and a learning experience.  Ann has a background in accounting, marketing, customer service and her true love, working with seniors and their families.  Ann has one son who resides in Pottsville, PA, and a spoiled cat at home in Zanesville.

Elaine Prycl, Director of First Impressions

​Elaine knows the Home Instead mission well, since she was a great CAREGiver and on-call supervisor for almost five years, prior to assuming her current position in 2009.  If you call our office it will generally be Elaine's cheerful voice that will greet you, and her smiling face will meet you when you enter our office.  We have been truly blessed for her to join our team.  Elaine resides in Newark, Ohio.  She has 4 grown children and 6 grandchildren. elaine.prycl@homeinstead.com


Roanne Gottschalk, Business Development Representative

Roanne Gottschalk, Business Development Representative

As our Business Development Representative, Roanne provides education at local doctors’ offices, retirement communities, and hospitals about our the services we offer and about our wonderful team of CAREGivers.

Roanne and her husband recently returned to the Granville area after living in Texas for the past five years. She has two married children who live locally and a third who is a freshman at Granville High School.

Annette Bowman, Director of Operations

Annette Bowman, Director of Operations

Annette's responsibilities include managing client and CAREGiver schedules, ensuring the best relationship between clients and CAREGivers, and maintaining the highest quality service.  Annette is also in charge of initial inquiries about our service that come into our office by phone or email.  After a 20 year career in retail management, she started researching companies that she felt had a personal value to their service and a connection to the community. She has found that with Home Instead.  Annette and her husband, along with their two children reside in Hebron, Ohio.

Jennifer Rowe, Service Coordinator

Jennifer Rowe, Service Coordinator

​Jennifer's role is to assist with managing CAREGiver schedules and time-off requests.  Jennifer has a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations and Business Management.  Jennifer worked in Food and Beverage/Hotel Managment for 20 years, before re-evaluating her career goals and deciding she needed a change.  Jennifer started working for Home Instead Senior Care in 2010 as a CAREGiver.  Jennifer and her husband Charlie and their dog Remi have resided in Newark for 11 years.

Mindy Allen, Service Coordinator

Mindy Allen, Service Coordinator

Mindy’s role is to assist with managing CAREGiver schedules and time-off requests.  She enjoys this because it varies from day to day.  Mindy started with Home Instead Senior Care in 2015.  She has a background in customer service.  She was a dispatcher/scheduler at a local company in Licking County.  Mindy enjoys working with seniors and our CAREGivers.  Mindy has two sons that live and attend school in Newark and one extremely spoiled dog named NASH!

Cindy Spears, Assistant Service Coordinator

Cindy Spears, Assistant Service Coordinator

Cindy’s role is to assist the Service Coordinators with managing CAREGiver schedules and time-off requests. Cindy worked in the insurance industry for 9 years after raising her family. She missed the fulfillment she had raising her family, helping others and being faced with a close relative having Alzheimer’s disease. She reached out for help for her relative and while researching online, she found Home Instead Senior Care. She joined the Home Instead team during the summer of 2015. Cindy and her husband Keith lives in Heath. They have 3 grown children and welcomed their first grandchild in 2018.

Deborah Archer, HR Manager

Deborah Archer, HR Manager

Deborah is responsible for overseeing our HR Department and CAREGiver benefits and compensation programs. She originally joined Home Instead in 2005 as a CAREGiver, after working in Human Resources for 10+ years with an emphasis on policy development, HR communications and benefits’ administration. She has a B.S. degree in Human Resource Management from The Ohio State University.  Deborah and her husband live in Granville and enjoy gardening and traveling.  They have two grown daughters and welcomed their first grandchild in 2016.

Becky Reese, Recruitment and Engagement Specialist

Becky graduated from Marietta College with a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Studies. Working for a company whose vision and goals are ones she can relate to and believe in is very important to her that is why she chose Home Instead Senior Care. Becky is responsible for recruiting great CAREGivers for our team as well as planning community engagement events. She lives in Granville with her husband and enjoys crafting and evening walks.

Cathy Creekmore, Training & Enrichment Coordinator

Training has been a way of life for our current Development and Training Coordinator.  Cathy has been a passionate trainer her whole life, whether in the Marine Corps or in the community.  Cathy began working for Home Instead as a CAREGiver before becoming the Development and Training Coordinator in 2017.  She really enjoys spending time teaching new CAREGivers how Home Instead Senior Care is different from other home services and how we can make a difference in senior’s lives.  Cathy also spends time preparing new training materials to keep our CAREGivers the best in the business.  She currently lives in Newark with her husband and two daughters.

Linda Hiltbrunner, Client Care Coordinator

Linda Hiltbrunner, Client Care Coordinator

Quality care is the cornerstone of Home Instead Senior Care.  Linda's role focuses on building relationships with clients and monitoring satisfaction with services.  Her main duties include quality assurance visits which ensure that services are meeting the needs of clients, in home introductions of CAREGivers to clients, and coordinating care for new clients.  Her favorite part of the job is delivering birthday and holiday gifts to clients.  Linda has a B.S. degree in Education from The Ohio State University. Having retired in 2005 after a 22 year career in the utility industry in Columbus, Linda moved to Buckeye Lake. Lori Mills, Client Care Coordinator

Lori enjoys her role as Client Care Coordinator, meeting with potential clients and their families to share with them our services and bring peace of mind to them as they face a challenging time in their life.  Lori also keeps in touch with her clients and makes sure each and every one is receiving exceptional care.  Prior to joining Home Instead in 2013, Lori served as Resource Development Director for United Way of Muskingum, Perry & Morgan Counties, organizing charitable activities throughout the community. Lori and her husband, along with their two sons, reside in Nashport where Lori is very active in volunteering her time in the community.

Dana Keating, Client Care Coordinator

Dana has always enjoyed the company of seniors, even as a young girl, when she spent much of her free time with her grandparents and an elderly neighbor. She began working with seniors in 2009 in Springfield, IL when she began employment as a case manager with Senior Services of Central Illinois. After a rewarding six year career with Senior Services she joined the Home Instead Senior Care team in the local Springfield, Illinois office. Dana was married in the summer of 2017 and moved to Ohio a few months later. She joined the Granville team in October the same year.

Dana brings passion and a love for seniors to her role as Client Care Coordinator. She's grateful for the opportunity to work with such a dedicated team of people who share the same vision and determination to provide outstanding home care services to seniors and their families.

Renee Green, Client Care Assistant

As Client Care Assistant in the Zanesville office, each day is different.  There are office responsibilities and then the opportunities to assist CAREGivers and getting to know our clients. 

Before coming to Home Instead in 2018 as a CAREGiver, I had worked for and retired from the State of Ohio, working with aging clients with mental disabilities. I love being a part of making life better for others, especially our seniors.

I live in Roseville, Ohio with my husband of 45 yrs. and four cats. I have five children and 10 grandchildren.

Deb Lapp, Service Media Assistant

Deb enjoys venturing beyond her comfort zone to explore the beauties of nature, experience new cultures and meet new people. She is passionate about caring for others, both elderly and young alike. Deb has an A.S. in Digital Media Design and nearly 10 years of professional photography experience; moreover, she has experience as an STNA and served as a Home Instead CAREGiver prior to assuming her role as a service media assistant. Deb enjoys her role at Home Instead Senior Care because it allows her to use her creative abilities to promote a cause that she is passionate about.

As a service media assistant, Deb's responsibilities include meeting our graphic design and photography needs and maintaining our social media and online presence; furthermore, her responsibilities include assisting other lead roles in our office to provide the highest of qualities in service to our clients and CAREGivers.
