Eric & Courtney Pucel purchased the Home Instead Senior Care office serving the Homewood Flossmoor and surrounding area in 2012 from a family member. Courtney has been actively involved with the Company since 2004 and both she and Eric are passionate about enhancing the lives of the seniors and families they service.

Kellie joined our team in 2007. As Service Coordinator, Kellie is responsible for client and CAREGiver schedules.
With a focus on client needs and CAREGiver attributes, she strives for continuity and client / CAREGiver compatibility.
Taylor joined our team in 2016 as a full time Office Coordinator. In 2017, Taylor transitioned into the role of Recruitment Coordinator. As Recruitment Coordinator, Taylor is responsible for building the best CAREGiving team in our service area. She works diligently to create the most positive experience for candidates who will best meet our clients' needs.
Crystal joined our team in 2017 as a CAREGiver. She joined our Administrative Team as Office Coordinator, supporting the daily operations throughout the organization. Crystal's experience and connections with clients, families and CAREGivers naturally progressed into her current role as Client Care Coordinator.
As Client Care Coordinator, Crystal is responsible for speaking with families about the needs of their loved ones and scheduling consultations. When you meet with Crystal, she will thoughtfully build a plan of care with you and arrange for service to start.
Belgin joined our team in 2016. As Training Coordinator, Belgin's focus is to ensure our team of CAREGivers receive the highest level of training. She supports our CAREGivers in upholding the high standards of Home Instead Senior Care and the Illinois Department of Public Health.
Kelly Ann joined ur team in 2018. As Office Coordinator, Kelly Ann supports daily operations by assisting in all areas of the organization with a focus on Recruitment and Staffing.
Prior to joining Home Instead Senior Care, Kelly Ann worked for many years in the banking industry. She was drawn to Home Instead Senior Care not only because of her impressive administrative experience, but because what Home Instead Senior Care provides is meaningful. Kelly Ann was fortunate enough to see her grandmother live until the age of 104 and fully understands the needs of clients and family caregivers.
