"Our caregiver goes above what is expected. The supervisors always check to make sure everything is going well. If changes need to be made for some reason they are very accommodating to the situation. It is a wonderful office and very easy to recommend."
" Currently Home Instead provides us with a care giver who is with us 6 hrs a day Monday thru Friday, always arriving on time and ready to go. She is very caring and is a great companion for my wife. Additionally, she does light house work to include the laundry, empting and putting away the dishes from the dishwasher, etc. After a while, the care giver almost becomes an extension of the family, so to speak. Should we ever need to make changes, the office personnel are very accommodating to what it takes to meed our needs."

Kevin joined Home Instead in September of 2013 as a CAREgiver. In April of 2014 he joined the office staff and now oversees daily office activities. He is passionate about solving problems and keeping the focus on the well-being of our clients and CAREGivers.
Michele Monnin joined the Home Instead staff in July 2017. She is a Licensed Independent social worker in Ohio since 1991. She obtained her undergraduate degree in social work at Ohio University and her Master's degree in Social Work from The Ohio State University. She has worked in the health care field primarily with the elderly and underserved population in the Miami Valley since 1991. She has had a focus as well with Palliative Care and hospice services.
Sheree developed a passion for caring for the elderly when caring for her Grandmother. She served as a caregiver and then a Senior Ambassador before joining the office staff. Sheree is in the Client Care Support role, and is in regular contact with our team of CAREGivers and our clients to ensure that we are providing the best care.
Sandie was born and raised in Dayton. She is a graduate of the Dayton School of Practical Nursing. She lived in Turkey 2 years, Greece 1 year, and Japan 1 year. She is a widow and mother of twin boys and Grandmother of 2 boys. Sandie was a Pediatric ventilator nurse for 12 years as well as working in numerous ECF's. Has been a nurse at HOD for 14 years and Home Instead Senior Care for 2 years. She is happiest when in her garden.
Jennifer is from New Jersey and ended up in Dayton going to school at the University of Dayton for Finance and Accounting. She started as a CAREGiver with Home Instead in 2010 looking to transfer her passion for caring for her family into caring for others as well. Since then she has been a CAREGiver Ambassador and most recently is working in our scheduling department. She loves to cook, read and spend time with her family in her spare time.
Angie joined the Home Instead team in June of 2014 after 16 years of experience in marketing. She decided to work at Home Instead Senior Care because she wanted a job that meant something to her. She managed the care of her mother and father for 10 years and knows the importance of caregiving because she lived it.
Janice is the Recruitment Coordinator. She plays a pivotal role in the recruitment and hiring of our wonderful CAREGivers. She has never been a CAREGiver, but comes to us with an unerring sense of the needs of others. Janice is vibrant and outgoing and is quick to grasp the needs of people.
Melissa joined the Home Instead Team in October of 2014 after 14 years in Nursing. She joined the Home Instead Team because she wanted a job that she loved, and was meaningful, respectable, and personal. Melissa trains, coaches, and mentors our CAREGivers to ensure that they have the tools to provide the best care to our clients. She has three beautiful daughters who are her world.
Corey joined Home Instead in March of 2017. He is a 2015 graduate of the University of Dayton and previously worked two years for Dayton Dynamo FC as a marketing and operations manager. He is proud to join Home Instead and enjoys building relationships with our CAREGivers and clients.
Sam joined Home Instead in May of 2014 as a caregiver to pursue her passion in caring for the elderly. In November of 2016 she joined the office staff, after receiving her Biology degree from Wright State University. She truly enjoys caring for others and is happy to be a part of such a great organization.
Tracie joined Home Instead Senior Care in 2017. She has worked in Home Health care field since 2008. Tracie is the mother of 4 boys and spends all her free time enjoying extra-curricular activities that they are involved in.
Patty has been with Home Instead Senior Care since October 2014, first as a CAREGiver, then CAREGiver Ambassador, and now in the Client Care Support role. She gets joy from helping bring something special into the lives of our clients.
