Brenda Roediger, R.N. - Owner

Brenda Roediger, R.N. - Owner

Brenda started the local Dayton office of Home Instead Senior Care with her husband David in 2003. She graduated with a B.S. degree in Nursing from the University of Nebraska. Brenda has a long career in Nursing dealing exclusively with the care of Seniors, including several years in the field of Long Term Care, as well as being the Director of Nursing at a large Alzheimer facility in Sacramento, Ca. She was a Case Manager for the Area Agency on Aging, and also worked as a Sales Rep for a Medical Equipment Company before opening Home Instead Senior Care of Dayton. With a strong commitment to the Seniors in her community Brenda is dedicated to enhancing their lives by providing reliable and exceptional care through her team of professional and compassionate CAREGivers.​

David Roediger - Owner

David Roediger - Owner

David joined his wife Brenda in 2003 to start the Home Instead Franchise office in Dayton. David had a long career in Sales and Marketing with local companies NCR, Teradata and Lexis-Nexis before he and his wife decided to dedicate their careers to providing exceptional care for Seniors in the Greater Dayton Area. David received his B.S. in Marketing from the University of Cincinnati. He and his wife Brenda live in Centerville and have two sons.​​

Carrie Crank - Operations Manager

Carrie Crank - Operations Manager

​Carrie joined Home Instead in December of 2011. She has an extensive background in Organization Management and Administration. Early in her career she was a CAREGiver for Home Instead in Bowling Green, Ohio so she has a deep understanding of the compassion and respect it takes to be a CAREGiver at Home Instead. Carrie is passionate about our mission at Home Instead, striving to ensure excellence in all we do and stand for. 

Kevin Van Oss - Office Manager

Kevin Van Oss - Office Manager

​Kevin joined Home Instead in September of 2013 as a CAREgiver.  In April of 2014 he joined the office staff and now oversees daily office activities.  He is passionate about solving problems and keeping the focus on the well-being of our clients and CAREGivers.  


Michele Monnin, MSW, LISW-S - Client Care Manager

Michele Monnin, MSW, LISW-S - Client Care Manager

​Michele Monnin joined the Home Instead staff in July 2017. She is a Licensed Independent social worker in Ohio since 1991. She obtained her undergraduate degree in social work at Ohio University and her Master's degree in Social Work from The Ohio State University. She has worked in the health care field primarily with the elderly and underserved population in the Miami Valley since 1991. She has had a focus as well with Palliative Care and hospice services. 


Sheree Donley - Client Care Support

Sheree Donley - Client Care Support

​Sheree developed a passion for caring for the elderly when caring for her Grandmother.  She served as a caregiver and then a Senior Ambassador before joining the office staff.  Sheree is in the Client Care Support role, and is in regular contact with our team of CAREGivers and our clients to ensure that we are providing the best care.


Sandie Horn - CAREGiver Development/Nurse Liaison

Sandie Horn - CAREGiver Development/Nurse Liaison

​Sandie was born and raised in Dayton. She is a graduate of the Dayton School of Practical Nursing.  She lived in Turkey 2 years, Greece 1 year, and Japan 1 year. She is a widow and mother of twin boys and Grandmother of 2 boys. Sandie was a Pediatric ventilator nurse for 12 years as well as working in numerous ECF's. Has been a nurse at HOD for 14 years and Home Instead Senior Care for 2 years. She is happiest when in her garden. 


Jennifer Rowland - Service Coordinator

Jennifer Rowland - Service Coordinator

​Jennifer is from New Jersey and ended up in Dayton going to school at the University of Dayton for Finance and Accounting. She started as a CAREGiver with Home Instead in 2010 looking to transfer her passion for caring for her family into caring for others as well. Since then she has been a CAREGiver Ambassador and most recently is working in our scheduling department. She loves to cook, read and spend time with her family in her spare time.


Angela Balderson - Client Care Coordinator

Angela Balderson - Client Care Coordinator

​Angie joined the Home Instead team in June of 2014 after 16 years of experience in marketing.  She decided to work at Home Instead Senior Care because she wanted a job that meant something to her.  She managed the care of her mother and father for 10 years and knows the importance of caregiving because she lived it.


Janice Tice - Recruitment Coordinator

Janice Tice - Recruitment Coordinator

​Janice is the Recruitment Coordinator.  She plays a pivotal role in the recruitment and hiring of our wonderful CAREGivers.  She has never been a CAREGiver, but comes to us with an unerring sense of the needs of others. Janice is vibrant and outgoing and is quick to grasp the needs of people. 


Melissa Fraley - Retention Coordinator

Melissa Fraley - Retention Coordinator

​Melissa joined the Home Instead Team in October of 2014  after 14  years in Nursing.   She joined the Home Instead Team because she wanted a job that she loved, and was meaningful, respectable, and personal.   Melissa still enjoys Caregiving two days a week when she's not in the office.  She has three beautiful daughters who are her world. 


Corey Fogle - Service Coordinator Support

Corey Fogle - Service Coordinator Support

​Corey joined Home Instead in March of 2017. He is a 2015 graduate of the University of Dayton and previously worked two years for Dayton Dynamo FC as a marketing and operations manager. He is proud to join Home Instead and enjoys building relationships with our CAREGivers and clients. 


Samantha Stein - Service Coordinator

​Sam joined Home Instead in May of 2014 as a caregiver to pursue her passion in caring for the elderly. In November of 2016 she joined the office staff, after receiving her Biology degree from Wright State University. She truly enjoys caring for others and is happy to be a part of such a great organization.

Tracie Sparrow, BSW, LSW - Client Care Coordinator

​Tracie joined Home Instead Senior Care in 2017. She has worked in Home Health care field since 2008. Tracie is the mother of 4 boys and spends all her free time enjoying extra-curricular activities that they are involved in. 


Patty Barker - Client Care Support

Patty Barker - Client Care Support

​Patty has been with Home Instead Senior Care since October 2014, first as a CAREGiver, then CAREGiver Ambassador, and now in the Client Care Support role.  She gets joy from helping bring something special into the lives of our clients.


Georgia - Director of Hospitality and Security

Georgia - Director of Hospitality and Security

As Director of Hospitality and Security, Georgia brings a wealth of experience to Home Instead as our official greeter and on site security force. When not napping on the job, Georgia enjoys begging, pouncing on bugs during her walks, barking at loiterers, and belly rubs from visitors.​
