​Our Home Instead Senior Care office opened in 2003, with a desire to have a positive impact on the lives of the elderly in our community. Jaime has an extensive background in health care, and services management, and enjoys sharing his expertise to bring joy and stress relief for Seniors and their families.

Aubrey de Castro – Care Coordinator

​Aubrey is responsible for the recruiting and retaining the excellent CAREGivers who work with our Clients. She works closely with our team members to identify training needs, and organizes the implementation of our training programs. 

 "I've always had a passion to work with others and help them to obtain goals they have in their lives. Having our clients being able to stay in their homes, and knowing there is a great CAREGiver there with them to help keep their independence is so very rewarding. To me, it's personal!"​​​

Richelle Brown – Staffing Coordinator

​Richelle  is responsible for scheduling, invoicing and payroll. She works closely with both our CAREGivers and our Clients to ensure that all shifts are covered, and that we have the right CAREGiver working with the right Client. 

Richelle joined Home Instead Senior Care as a CAREGiver and worked with a variety of clients. In 2008 she joined our office team.
