Home Instead Wilmington started caring for my mother, in 2016, in her home then in the Long Term Care facility to which she moved. It was an excellent experience. The caregivers are very dependable, professional, caring, compassionate and punctual. They made it to her in bad weather and traffic issues. The office staff and “on call” staff were very prompt to get a substitute if a caregiver was sick or needed off. We went through COVID with very strict requirements, there was never an issue. The caregivers were there and very protective of my elderly mother. Everyone at Home Instead Wilmington is very professional and I highly recommend them for a loved one’s care.
