Home Instead Senior Care is an international company listed as one of America’s Best Employers by Forbes Magazine. Our locally owned Home Instead has three office locations in Skokie, Des Plaines and Chicago. The Recruitment Coordinator must be able to travel and work at any of the three locations.
As the Recruitment Coordinator, you will report to the Recruitment & Human Resources Director and be responsible for each candidate’s experience and administrative processes associated with the application process through to their onboarding. Qualified candidates will possess excellent customer service skills, communication and organizational skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize work, have proficiency in Word, Excel and Google Docs, and enjoy working as part of a team.
